It does exactly what it offers. Clean, budget accommodation. Staff on reception were really helpful. Will happily stay there again.
Nothing, if you want five star accommodation in a better location, go there and pay a lot more.

The price was good, location and parking excellent, staff exceptionally polite and helpful.
No AC, in hot weather it is extremely warm, showers no cold water at all, set temperatures which was scorching hot. Sink doesn’t drain water straight away but takes several hours to drain.

they cancelled my booking at short notice due to over booking rooms couldn't get other accommodation due to ironman swansea so lost out on my entry fee to ironman as I couldn't travel with no accommodation

The manager is amazing
Received a booking.com message from the venue 2 days before my stay with a “sorry we are fully booked” having booked 10 months ago for an Ironman event. Poor customer service!
