Room itself was comfortable and a good size. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.
I specifically booked because of the advertised "vegan options"/specific dietary menus. This was a complete joke. The on site restaurant didn't have a single plant based option. And for breakfast, even a vegetarian would have struggled. I let the staff know when I arrived for breakfast and they went to tell the chef. I assumed this meant they would bring out a vege sausage or something, but after I eventually went to check, they just informed me that I could pick through some hash browns and off brand cereal which may or may not actually be vegan friendly (chef didn't seem to know what it meant). Across the room I also heard another guest struggling to get clarity on gluten free options. It was actually quite insulting and I think very misleading that "vegetarian and vegan options available" is so prominent on their booking page. This is not difficult or expensive to accommodate in 2026, especially for such an established hotel franchise.

Pleasant accommodation and good value.
Breakfast was included and was very good in a pleasant dining room with attractive ceramics.
The staff on duty were attentive and friendly which gave me the favourable impression that I was staying at a small family run hotel.
All fine. I think that the beds used by Premier and refreshed Travelodges are a little more comfortable.

The evening food stopped a bit early, it would be nice to have the choice of ordering a shortened menu from your room.

Location was good
Kept awake at night by people shouting for prolonged periods. No phone in room to call reception. I went out at 1am to have a word with what appeared to be drunk druggies. Woken at 5am to doors slamming and loud conversations in the corridor. Have feedback on checkout. Staff apologised but think some form of refund was due.
Staff were outstanding and welcoming. We had an issue with the room which was resolved immediately, with the staff going above and beyond.
The room was sizeable, clean and comfortable, and of a good temperature. The shower/bathroom was clean, and the bed was also clean and comfortable.
I would have liked the hotel to be closer to the centre of Swansea, as I was travelling on foot. But having said that, that cannot be blamed on the hotel! Furthermore, it was still reasonably close to shops and restaurants near the centre (20 minutes walk) and there were restaurants/shops within 5 minutes distance.

The hotel was what you expect from a recognised chain. It was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should although the internet was a bit spotty. However, the staff were superb - going above and beyond on several occasions during our visit. They really could not have taken better care of us.
Housekeeping could have done a bit better job in cleaning and restocking the room. Coffee drinkers were reasonably well served. Tea drinkers, less so.
Reception Staff were excellent fast book in friendly and informative i would definitely recommend this place.
