All the staff were friendly and helpful in the morning for breakfast.
Window didn't work properly, couldn't tilt the window to let air into the room when it was warm in the morning. The window seal was poor and we could hear all the road noises.
The staff were so lovely on the 8th June evening, couldn’t have done more to help us and feel more welcome. Please let them know we appreciated it
Plenty of space in the room. Parking on site. Quiet area. Nice walk along by the Harbour.
Evening meal was disappointing.
Location is ok. But the atmosphere from staff and people staying here is disgusting. They treat people differently and have different rules for different people here.
The room is basic and not many plugs. The bed is super uncomfortable and you have to repair it your self to try and sleep in it. No air con or fans offered and when asked for extra pillows I was told no coz they aint allowed to give out more than 2 pillows for a double bed.

The member of staff at check-in was so so lovely – very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the shower was good. I loved that check out was at 12pm!
The room was a little noisy — another guest had dogs that barked and there was lots of banging around 11pm. The location was also kind of the middle of nowhere. It worked for me as it was between town and the bay campus, but there isn't anything around, unless you count McDonalds.
