Great location, really friendly helpful staff.
Rooms on the smaller side but it’s a city centre hotel so it’s what I would expect.
Het is heel schoon en goed onderhouden!Het personeel is vriendelijk en de locatie dicht bij het station en het centrum is ideaal.
Onze kamer zat aan de kant van het plein met cafés en terrassen en elke ochtend staan daar een paar uur lang heel veel vrachtwagens te loeien. Raam open was niet te doen, maar ook met raam dicht geeft dit erg veel herrie. Neem aan dat het aan de andere kant van het hotel beter is. Verder was onze kamer erg klein. Prima als je toch de hele dag buiten bent, maar omdat er ook geen echte lobby (of een andere faciliteit) in het hotel is kan je eigenlijk nergens zitten om even te lezen op.i.d.

Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed.
Er hing een geur op onze verdieping. Zowel in de gang als in de kamers. Het bed was eerder klein. Zowel in breedte als lengte. We hadden een kamer voor mensen met een handicap. Dat was wel een beetje raar. Dit was ons ook niet verteld

The location even though close to the train station was great to get about the city. The staff were very helpful l.
I think in the hot summers we have been experiencing air conditioning would be a great addition also a little mini fridge to keep some water in would so helpful.

Excellent helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely views from the breakfast room. The best location next to Lille Flanders and a short walk to the Grand Place.

Room was lovely had a double bed, all clean and good facilities.
Breakfast was very good and loved the terrace overlooking the Place du Gare.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage on check out whilst I wandered round Lille.

Dat we een kamer aan de achterkant hadden en niet aan de voorkant. De voorkant was de stations kant en daar heb je meer bars en restaurants en meer herrie. Bedden waren oké, net als de badkamer.
Ontbijt had ook voldoende keus. Leuk was dat het op de 7e verdieping was en dat je mooie uitzicht had. De locatie was fijn, zo op loopafstand van het centrum.
Aan de achterkant had je wat gesuis van grote ventilatieroosters buiten. Geen eigen parkeerplek. Was iets zoeken naar de openbare garage.
