Good location but expensive for what it was

Room very small, no aircon and when you opened the window there was a strong smell of cooking fat from the extractors for the adjoining restaurants

Really lovely rooftop breakfast spot. Warm, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for doing anything in Lille
Pros:

Located right across from the Gare Lille Flandres, so extremely convenient for arriving with luggage. Our room had a beautiful view of the station and we saw a gorgeous sunrise.

Cons:

At night sometimes people yell after the bars close.

Nоus avоns apprécié nоtre séjоur. La chambre était très calme, un grand merci au рersоnnel! Bоn рetit déjeuner; très рrоche de la gare, jueste en face, c'est рratique si vоus рrenez le train. Bоn restaurant dans l'immeuble vоisin.

Fabulous staff- lack of privacy in room
Pros:

Check in was great - we were able to leave bags as we returned a rental car. Kenny was amazing at check in- we left our bags at check in and went off and returned much later to find our room ready and bags waiting! Well done Kenny!
Quite and comfortable room!

Cons:

We were on the first floor with no sheer window drapes for privacy. We had a lady peering at us from the 4th floor! Not comfortable at all as we had to draw blockout drapes and turn on our lights!

Perfectly situated for the stations. The welcome is always friendly. The room was lovely with comfy bed and hot shower. I really enjoy the breakfast.

Great location, grate breakfast but room too small.
Pros:

The location was superb, being close to both Rail stations (Eurostar and Local). The room was very clean and modern, and the staff were great. The Breakfast room and balcony on the top floor was fantastic and the hotel's best feature.

Cons:

But the standard double rooms are impossibly small for two people with a lot of luggage. There was no room to sit, move, no way you could store or unpack a large suitcase. I would say only suitable for a single traveler with minimal luggage.

Location, location, location - very central and you can walk everywhere

Cons:

Comfy beds and ok showers (not very strong flow of water). The corridors had a weird smell - specially on the side of the rooms where I’ve stayed. But the room was clean - good for one night stay!
