I love it here!!!
Pros:

What I like about the hotel is that it’s close to the beach! Breakfast is so delicious staff are very friendly!

Cons:

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for almost 2 hours! I was messaged for my estimated arrival time and still didn’t get in till 2 hours later!! Balcony needs to be a bit bigger they are tilted scared to fall!

Decent- the pool was tiny- and very discolored compared to other hotel pools- we had to get a day pass to another pool.
Pros:

It was a clean property.

Cons:

The booking fees from booking.com are not current and reflective of the properties pet fees. On booking.com it said the pet fees would be 25 per pet for the first night and 5 dollars for each pet for the following nights. That was not the issue- and they did not honor booking.coms pricing- instead I had to pay double that- what I thought would be a 60 dollar total fee ended up being 120.

Pros:

Location is excellent, beach to our selves even at full capacity at the hotel. Pool was crowded but with a fun family vibe, small pool but with additional kiddie pool available. The staff is great, staff everywhere so easy to find help. The hotel is dated but so clean and well maintained, it always smelled great. Free breakfast. Easy access to the beach. Generous with towels. Walkable restaurants. Cozy beds. Microwave and mini fridge. The gift shop has plenty of fun treats and coffee. Hotel is small and more of a 2-3 star but like I said cleanliness made up for it.

Plenty of accommodating staff. Kept everything clean and tidy. Hard to do at a beach hotel. Breakfast was very good. Great way to start the day. Good coffee. And served from 7 to 10, very generous. Its definately a family hotel. So no loud parties. Comfortable beds and pillows and linens.. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water

Cons:

Arrived and phone didn't work. Toliet was stopped up and it took 3 times to get it running OK. The lavatory sink was a slow drain. But I was kinda over it by then and did not call. They do NOT have ANY movie/ premium channels on the TV that had 2 red stripes running down the center of the screen. Its a stretch to say they have cable. The pool was JAMMED with people kids and noise and my dog was NOT allowed in pool area! There were dogs over 25lbs. I saw and heard them The dog area for walking them to take care of peeing and eliminating was a triangle of grass the size of a queen bed. It was a joke. I had called to confirm policy of leaving dog in the room. Only left when we are at breakfast.. I was told a crate wasn't necessary. I get there and it was necessary! We had to pay to park every night. It was not included or rolled into rental of room!!. When all totaled up it was well over 200.00 a night. Not including BOOKINGS % Our room faced another hotel!! Certainly not beachfront. And the balcony wasn't big enough to change your mind. So many discrepancies between what the web site said and what actually IS. I was expecting a bit more " lush" for that price!!
And then there was ..I am thinking a family above us. We were on 3rd floor.. All rooms have tile floors no carpet. The kids or adults were performing gymnastics every day. I priced other hotels and understand this is a destination situation. And 200.00 is pretty average. So we went and looked at a few for the next trip. I don't feel I had value for my money. There were issues.

Great spot for the kids. Close to the beach and had a grill on site for food. The pullout sofa bed was almost unbearable

Favorite place
Pros:

Loved everything! Breakfast and clean restrooms are my favorite.

Cons:

There were some kids running wild on the 4th floor til like 1am, tried calling front desk and phone was broken. Called from my cell phone and they took care of it thankfully , the kids at least.
