Overall, it was a fabulous location and safe apartment, I would certainly recommend it to my friend
Pros:

Excellent and safe apartment in a great location. 

 The property was very easy to find and it was located within short walking distance of the tram and bus stations.

 The CO-OP was located within short walking distance.

All shops, including CO-OP, were closed on Sundays. Please watch the video

The Zurich card was very useful to travel in Zurich, which includes trains/ trams rides, boat rides, gondola rides, and many more

Excellent and friendly staff work from 0900 to 1600

 For us, check-in at 1900 and check-out at 0300 were very fast and easy with the key code sent by the property received via email, and dropping off the key in the  key box at the property entrance.

For coffee lovers there is a coffee machine near the staff room,

The washing machine in the basement, and it can be used even on  Sundays in this property.

Sehr Zentral in der nähe von Tram und Bus. Einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, da Coop und Migros in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.

Cons:

Tiefes Loch im Steinboden bei der Küchenkombination. Sollte verschlossen werden.

La propreté, la literie confortable, la kitchenette, la possibilité d'avoir une place de parc. La gentillesse du gérant. Le rapport qualité-prix pour Zürich, excellent.
Quartier calme, proche du lac, avec magasin d'alimentation proche et restaurants pour tout budget. Excellente desserte des trams pour aller au centre ville.

Limpeza, localização, conforto cama, apartamento completo e com muito bom aspeto.

Номери дійсно чисті. Зручні ліжка. Локація дуже зручна: магазин одразу навпроти, парк та набережна поруч. Тихий та спокійний район.
Окрема подяка за раннє заселення! Було неймовірно приємно не чекати після довгої дороги.

Lage, Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten am See und der tollen Strandpromenade. Anbindung der Öffis optimal. Supermarkt praktisch vor der Haustür. Appartement mit Kochnische, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, etc., Kaffee im Erdgeschoss zur freien Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Münzeinwurf im Untergeschoss.

Fantastic place to stay in zurich
Pros:

What a location, man? So close to trams and buses in center of Zurich. Next to a grocery store as well. Fantastic room, allowed us to check in a little early. Great warm helpful host. Fabulous room and clean as anything.

Sehr bequeme Einzelbetten. Küchenzeile hatte alles was man benötigt. Einrichtung wirkte noch relativ neu. Sehr sauber

Decent stay
Pros:

It was very close to Zurich lake which was an excellent place to hang out in the evening. At the same time it was quite a walk up Zurich HB train station and old town

Cons:

We arrived at 2 pm but They gave us the room at 3 pm. Had to wait for 1 hour at the reception area which was quite small
