Rooms were newly refurbished
Was aware of the building works but were still very loud even from a few floors above. Impossible to have an afternoon nap.
From the moment we checked in Stacey was so friendly. We stayed for 3 nights on our last day it was our nieces birthday and we decided to have a picnic in the family area outside. On Sunday morning, I went to the front desk, Diane was so accommodating notifying the houseman that we would be using the grounds outside. The rooms are updated and are impeccably clean. We have stayed at properties at the airport and this is our favorite hotel by far.
Rooms were lovely. The staff were also very helpful. Good
What is with Marriot hotels not providing water in rooms. I just don't get it.
Solid airport hotel. Quick checkin, easy parking.
Clean room, basic amenities, no complaints.
This was our first stay at the Toronto Airport Marriott in over 26 years, and it was wonderful to return. My wife and I live in the United States and were visiting the Toronto area for a family event, which gave us the opportunity to stay here again after all these years.
The Toronto Airport Marriott is one of the older Marriott properties in the area, but it has been beautifully renovated. The guest rooms, lobby areas, and hallways have all been updated and look fantastic. The renovations have done an excellent job of modernizing the property while maintaining its welcoming atmosphere.
What impressed me most, however, was the customer service.
Of course, the staff we met and who cared for us 26 years ago are different from the staff we encountered during this visit. Yet one thing has remained remarkably consistent: the commitment to excellent customer service. From the front desk to housekeeping, and from the dining room and café staff to everyone we encountered, there was a genuine commitment to making sure we had a great experience and felt valued as guests.
This stay reminded me that what makes a hotel memorable isn't just the building itself, but the people and their dedication to hospitality.
Close to the airport
That we found multiple spiders and no shower gel while showering otherwise was good
Location was close to Toronto airport that’s why I chose that. However, overall experience was horrible and we cancelled our further stay after spending overnight stay there.
Very noisy, construction work going on and it was a torture for guests not able to get rest. Breakfast staff was very unorganised and we didn’t like breakfast either. Staff was rude on reception in morning when we complained about the constant noise and loud construction noise to disturb our rest time.
Customer service and cleanliness
Wash rooms too small and the price was bit over
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel has a large space on the main floor for gathering. We were able to sit and have some drinks while the kids played.
Lobby has free popsicles which the kids loved.
Rooms were updated and we found them very comfortable and clean. We got fresh towels every morning and enjoyed breakfast at the M club. Our waitress here was amazing!! Very friendly and pleasant.
They have a great outdoor space and pool area for the kids to burn off some energy. Nothing bad to say about this hotel 🫶
