Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Auswahl etc. Ohne Beanstandungen.
Staff are a credit to the business. Not just the staff you meet. Chef food fab. Cleaners of the room fab. Bar staff just always going the extra few steps to help.
Pool and other facilities are clean and tidy.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and big bathroom ,
Staff at the reception and breakfast were exceptionally welcoming .
The staff in the restaurant didn’t seemed very welcoming ,rushing and quite forgetful bout our the orders.
Staff in pool area were using quite rude tone towards guests with special needs.
No air conditioning but we opened all the windows even in the bathroom so it’s was ok then .

Stayed here for a night with the family after visiting Dublin zoo (38min drive).
The hotel had ample secure parking, it was clean, quiet, looked like it had recently been refurbished as the rooms and bathrooms were modern. The staff were friendly, the pool was great and seems to be well maintained.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. Usual continental buffet followed by a cooked breakfast made to order.
The hotel is approx 10 min drive from Dun Laoghaire which is handy.
Great value for money
La piscina palestra e spa gratis (servono cuffia e infradito). Il parcheggio gratis. La cortesia della.signora.alla reception che ci ha assistito per un problema alla porta e ci ha cambiato stanza. Macchina da caffè, bollitore e bottiglie d'acqua omaggio.
Niente aria condizionata, pessima areazione, bagno cieco. NESSUN FRIGO BAR. Ci hanno portato un mini "cooler" su richiesta ma non raffredda.

Jacuzzi was closed and asked to leave pool due to class
Staff service during the breakfast was the only positive thing about our stay
Very small room, carpark is a disaster, entrance to the hotel from the carpark is locked in the evening without any signs or advice from check in that that will happen. No keycard access in the carpark to allow guests to get in. We were forced to walk up the carpark ramp, the stairs aren't an option due to disability. If we had been told about the doors being looked or if there was any sign we could have dropped the disabled person at the hotel door before entrance the underground carpark.
