The staff was polite and friendly
We stayed at the Hotel Joan Miró in Palma with my partner and another couple. It was a disappointing experience that did not feel like a four-star hotel. The elevator was tiny, so we often had to take the stairs. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant smell, the balcony view was poor, the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. On top of that, the parking was very inconvenient, about a four-block walk from the hotel. The only positives were that the showers had excellent water pressure, and the staff at the front desk and breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, while we were out, my partner left an envelope with money inside his luggage in the room. When we came back, the envelope was gone. He hadn’t used the safe, and the situation was very upsetting. Considering all these issues, this hotel did not live up to a four-star rating.
The room is decent. It is clean,the pillows are fluffy. You get what you need. Enough choices for breakfast. The staff were really nice.
For a family with small kids, it's really not convenient because it is located uphill. It's quite a challenge going up and down the road.They don't also have an electric kettle (Don't know if you need to request one). They have a parking lot but not for bigger cars. Needed to drive around to find a free spot. You'll be lucky to find somewhere near but if not you need to walk quite far to get to the hotel

Dated hotel, need better beds and pillows . Time to remove carpet in hallway. Not clean.

La météo extrêmement chaude ( dérèglement climatique ) défavorise l'accès ( à pied ) de l'hôtel ( en haut de la rue d'accès ) .

Nous avons aimé la chambre, les repas dont le petit déjeuner. La piscine était agréable également. Le personnel était toujours très aimable. Les produits étaient de bonne qualités, ainsi que la literie.
Le lit n'était pas un vrai lit double, c'était deux lits simples collés, pas très pratique pour dormir. Nous n'avions pas de baignoire comme indiqué sur la réservation dans Booking, c'est dommage. Il y avait des odeurs de fumée sur la terrasse.
Decent breakfasts
Lack of functionality of rooms. For example: next to a bed there was only one plug, so you need to decide whether you want to read with light on or charge your phone. There was no way to do both while lying on the bed. Poor quality of amenities and also no liquid soap, which was annoying. Hotel, basically is outdated and is not attractive
Accueil sympathique et personnel du restaurant adorable. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet garni de spécialités espagnoles.
Pas grand chose de Miro dans cet hôtel en dehors des reproductions de mauvaise qualité. Pas de machine à café ni eau en bouteille offertes dans la chambre. Mobilier moderne sans charme. Caution de 5 euros par serviette obligatoire pour la piscine. Ne vaut vraiment pas 4 étoiles mais 200 euros B&B pour Palma difficile de se plaindre.
