Some of the floorboards in the room have gaps in them so you might snag a sock walking around

Pros:

I booked 20 days ago for a king room, when arrived they told me the king bed was not available. They upgraded the room to executive with a sofà, but I couldn’t sleep in a small bed.

Cons:

Not professional, they didn’t reserved the room I chose.

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

It was extremely quiet
I did not here doors shut, people talking or their televisions.
I also did not here above suite noise.
Staff was amazing from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance which i had to call twice.

Cons:

There is DEFINITELY some refreshing and repair (non bandaid) desperately needed.
I required maintenance twice. First time to fix door lock. Second time to fix safety deposit box. Would have been a third time but I did not notice bathroom sink leak until packing to leave.
A positive spin on the repairs, maintenance attended within minutes and resolved both issues in a timely manner

Pros:

I was a regular customer , but surrenly I had informed Frome the unclear that I m blocked to be in the hotel without Reason I never did a bad behavior - it was mas second home when I was nedding to be relaxed , home that they will considered to fix that consufusion . Indeserve better treat .
