Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage Nähe der Oststraße war sehr gut.
Pros:

Wir hatten Zimmer 103. Dieses Zimmer hat 2 Ebenen. In diesem sehr hohen Raum wurde eine Zwischendecke eingebaut, für das Bett und einen weiteren Fernseher/Schlafzimmer.
Perfekt für uns, weil mein Mann nach seinem Konzertbesuch nachts mich nicht geweckt oder gestört hat.

Ruime kamers op een goede locatie in Düsseldorf
Pros:

Na een valse start met de code van de kamer welke niet werkte een prima verblijf gehad. Een ruime kamer met airco en een fijne badkamer. Locatie is prima om Düsseldorf te verkennen. (Betaald) parkeren is mogelijk in de ruime garage schuin tegenover het hotel (Eur 25 per dag).

In de buurt zijn voldoende ontbijt- en eetgelegenheden.

Cons:

Wat gedoe na inchecken met de code van de kamer. Deze werkte niet direct.
De lift gaat tot de 3e verdieping. Laatste trap is te voet.

Sehr gemütlich und ausreichend große Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet.
Bad ist sehr modern, hat mir gut gefallen.
Eine super schöne, gemütliche Terrasse, für den Abend schön ausklingen zu lassen

Wanneer we weer naar dusseldorf gaan is dit de plek waar we overnachten
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, alles is op loopafstand. Parkeergarage vrijwel schuin tegenover het hotel.
Grote kamer met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Es war sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder

Bequemes Bett, Gute Kopfkissen.
Schallisolierung, sehr ruhig.
Schöne frische Handtücher, leckeres Frühstücksbüffet.
Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Kleines Missverständnis, beim Check out,
das Zimmer war schon bezahlt und ich musste es trotz meines Einwandes nochmals bezahlen.
Der Fehler wurde dann aber doch bemerkt, da ich noch vor Ort war, wurde die doppelte Zahlung wieder storniert.
Kann passieren, wäre aber ärgerlich gewesen, wenn man es nicht rechtzeitig bemerkt hätte.
