Good location from Rome airport. Delicious breakfast and rooftop seating. Grocery store nearby.

A great base
Pros:

We booked this hotel as we we wanted to try and keep the costs down being a larger family group. We had a basic triple standard and a deluxe double with balcony.
Paula on reception was welcoming, informative and so very helpful. The hotel is situated on a very busy main road and you can hear the traffic at all times day and night - there's a hospital just down the road and the sirens were very frequent.
There are two bus routes opposite the hotel but one didn't run on a Sunday.
The Metro is a 25-30 min walk away and this was a good option for us. Unfortunately, we arrived the same time as a heatwave with 37C + temps, this was too much for us too. We ended up spending quite a bit on Taxis/Ubers.
Rooms a a bit dated and in need up a good update. The air con in the triple was near non existent, but the double room it was working much better.
Roof top terrace was nice, quiet and clean.
The bar was manned by the reception staff so there was sometimes a bit of a wait.
Room was cleaned, beds made and clean towels daily, even though we were there for three nights.

Pros:

Forse perchè è il periodo, quindi pochi ospiti, ma parcheggio disponibile subito, posizione strategica per muoversi in macchina per lavoro, rapporto qualità/prezzo fantastico, direi pernotto ottimo.
