Pros:

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Literie globalement confortable. Quartier calme et résidentiel. Bagagerie gratuite disponible.

Cons:

Emplacement à environ 15min de marche du métro/RER. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, il y fait chaud durant l'été. Le ménage n'est pas effectué quotidiennement mais cela est commun pour un appart-hôtel.

J'étais mieux chez le client qu'à l'hôtel.
Cons:

Simples rideaux pour bloquer la lumière extérieure : réveillé à 5h30 avec le soleil.
Pas de clim, un simple ventilateur.
Personnel à l'accueil, non accueillant.
Sur 4 nuits, aucun acte de ménage (changement de serviettes par exemple)
