Pros:

Bon emplacement.
Personnel serviable.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer,des toiles d'araignées et des saletés sur les rebords extérieurs des fenêtres. Des fenêtres qui donnaient sur les bennes à ordures donc c'était presque impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres vu les odeurs qui se degageaient et malgré la chaleur étouffante qu'il a fait ces jours ci.

Posizione ottima, ma l'accoglienza ve la fate da soli!
Pros:

La posizione è buona in quanto vicino alla M1 e alla RER A, e il quartiere è abbastanza tranquillo. Nei pressi ci sono diversi locali e supermercati. Stanza e bagno carini, non abbiamo usato il piano cucina, ma sembrava ben fornito e funzionale.

Cons:

1. Il piatto doccia ha un dislivello di circa 20cm rispetto al pavimento, ed è incastrato tra lavandino e WC. Dopo la doccia, a superficie bagnata, diventa complesso uscirvi senza rischiare di scivolare.

2. Personale alla reception non pervenuto, in quanto non hanno mai rispettato gli orari di apertura dichiarati. Abbiamo dovuto effetturare il check-in la sera del secondo giorno di permanenza (per altro, siamo rientrati apposta per farlo, siccome la reception chiude alle ore 19). Per il check-out abbiamo dovuto lasciare la chiave all'interno della stanza e chiuderci dietro la porta, altrimenti avremmo perso il treno di rientro, in quanto alle ore 9.10 ancora non era presente nessuno (orario dichiarato: 9.00).

Al check-in non ci sono stati controllati i documenti, ci è solo stata solo chiesta conferma del nome.

Quando abbiamo dato riscontro alla struttura sulla questione dei ritardi, hanno ignorato il messaggio augurandoci buon viaggio e pregandoci di tornare ancora. Sicuramente non tornerò più.

Von A-Z alles gut. Die Nähe zur Metro. Appartement sauber und ordentlich alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Als Paar haben wir von dort aus Paris erkundet.

per quanto riguardava la cucina forse è stata l'unica a cui non darei 10 perchè il microonde aveva qualche disagio e dei due fornelli ad induzione uno andava a momenti e in bagno non c'era il phon

Η σχέση ποιότητα με τιμή ήταν στα θετικά. Επίσης, 5 λεπτά από το Μετρό γραμμή 1, δίπλα super market, καφέ, φούρνοι και εστιατόρια. Είχε ανεμιστήρα. Αν χρειαστείς σίδερο και σεσουάρ το ζητάς στην reception. Έχει κουζίνα, ψυγείο, βραστήρα, μικροκυμάτων και τα απαραίτητασκεύη.

Η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται βελτίωση.
