Overall, we enjoyed our stay, facilities met our expectations, and staff were helpful.
Pros:

Access instructions were good. However, could be improved if also sent in English.
Room - well equipped and clean.
Fan really appreciated due to the heatwave.

Cons:

Freezer compartment door couldn't close properly, consequently needed to be defrosted.
No plug in kitchen sink.
On arrival, tea and coffee tray was incomplete.
Cafetiere would have been appreciated.

A decent stay, but the lack of air conditioning was disappointing.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Although the breakfast had a limited selection, everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was also friendly throughout our stay

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. During the hot weather, having only a small desk fan made the room very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower had very low water pressure, which also affected the overall experience.

La résidence est bien située. Les chambres sont bien avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Il faut penser à demander un sèche-cheveux ou prévoir d'en prendre un. Le petit-déjeuner est suffisant. Calme et bonne literie

Lokacija nije toliko loša jer je blizu metroa.

Cons:

U hotelu nema klime pa je boravak bio nemoguć,nije bio čist.Recepcija radi samo pola dana,radnica na recepciji se pravi kao da vas ne čuje.Iako smo rezervirali 3 noći ostali smo samo 1 noć i to je bio pakao.
