El hospedaje está cerca de legoland pero la habitación huele muy feo se debería mejorar eso

No me gustó la habitación porque tenía un olor feo y sentí que no estaba lo suficientemente limpio se sentía mucha humedad pero más el olor que sentía pedí para no fumadores y siempre se sentía el olor y hasta la sábanas tenían agujeros de cigarro pero el que nos atendió la verdad fue muy amable

I stayed in room 118 the people who stayed in 218 were loud all night moving chairs dropping things on the floor I complained to the desk clerk at 8am she said nothing we can do for you I thought she should have given me a free stay for the inconvenience it caused but she said no

Nice short stay with our dog.
Pros:

We liked the location, close to Carlsbad Village, beach, highway 5, the area seemed safe and quiet.

Cons:

The website hotel advertises that there is free coffee at the reception, that was not true, nothing was there, also hotel was closed the first night. It will be nice if the room had a small coffee machine.

Very disappointing experience. This was not what we expected at all. Our reservation was canceled without any prior notice, and we only found out when we arrived at the hotel.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept saying there was a cancellation and that he couldn’t do anything about it. Eventually, he gave us only one night even though we had reserved three nights, while repeatedly saying that he could “get in trouble” for helping us.

To make things worse, we are a family of five with children and were placed in a smoking room. The smell was extremely strong and made us feel sick. Overall, the entire situation was handled very poorly and was incredibly stressful after traveling with kids.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be staying here again.
