Pros:

It was great that the accommodation provided a baby cot for free, and having free designated parking was a huge plus. Also, it was really convenient being able to buy alcohol right next to the building.

Great location and facilities for anything from a single night to a few weeks.
Pros:

Big apartment with plenty of space. All clean and in good condition, with one exception, see below.

Cons:

The toilet waste pipe had been previously "repaired" with silicone, and was still dripping onto the floor. Somewhat suboptimal. But this was the only complaint.

A nice comfortable place to stay at, if you want an apartment style accommodation.
Pros:

Was a comfortable place to stay at with good security, room was clean and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

There was no soap in the soap dispenser, i told staff. However there was a soap i could use instead. The traffic can be a bit noise in the morning.

This property is affordable and suitable for budget stay.
Pros:

Location near to city centre and Kings Park. Room has laundry facility and kitchen. But I did not cook during my stay.

Cons:

Property is old and not modern. Interior and furnishing is old and simple. Bathroom is very simple and has a dispenser for body/hair wash. Poor sound proofing, can easily hear other occupants talking and watching TV in their rooms along the narrow common corridor. I could hear the occupants in the room beside mine, talking and watching TV loudly between the wall partitions. And when other occupant(s) cook inside their room(s), the smell can enter my room. On site restaurant no longer in operation. There are 2 lifts and 1 lift was not in operation or out of order during my 1-week of stay.

Pros:

The location and most of the staff were fantastic. If there was a little problem they fixed it right away happily

Cons:

The parking - some of the parking is really tight especially for suv or bigger. No breakfast as the restaurant was closed this time but we didn’t realise that until after we got there! Also only 1 working lift

Missing items, poor customer service and run down condition of the propert interior was extremely disappointing.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. After housekeeping entered our room during a turnover as well as to provide fresh towels while we were away, two of our belongings—a souvenir magnet and a pair of socks—went missing. When we raised this with reception and the hotel manager, our initial complaint was simply dismissed, and the lack of concern or accountability was frustrating.

The hotel itself is also very dated, poorly maintained, and not particularly clean. The bathroom had almost no ventilation, making it feel damp and unpleasant.

Between the missing items, poor customer service, and the run-down condition of the property, we would not choose to stay here again.
