I absolutely love this property, staff is wonderful, most rooms are amazing, but we unfortunately got a very bad run dow
Pros:

Location right across the beach, hot tub in the room, different kinds of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby at any time, and staff is always nice and friendly.

Cons:

Our room this time was not cleaned well, we had to clean the hot tub out a little before use, and there was a prior guest’s dirty shorts and blanket in the drawers. Also the room we had this time was very run down and some lights didn’t work and the plug didn’t work all the way in the tub, water emptied fast after filling it. And you could feel the springs in the mattress. Felt it wasn’t worth the price this time unfortunately.

Terrible Experience. Would Not Recommend.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, and several basic things simply did not work.

The toilet in our original room was broken and would not flush properly. The jacuzzi also would not hold water, so it was impossible to use. We contacted the front desk, and the employee, came to look at the problems and told us he would come back to fix them. We waited for about an hour, but nobody came back.

When we returned to the front desk he told us he had gotten busy. By this point, it was already around 10 PM. At first, we were basically told there was nothing that could be done. Eventually, we were offered another room.

Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. There was mold in the shower, the toilet worked but flushed very slowly, and once again the jacuzzi would not hold water. The room was dirty, everything looked extremely old and poorly maintained, and even the hairdryer did not work.

For a hotel, working plumbing, a clean shower, functioning appliances, and basic maintenance should be the minimum. Instead, we spent our evening dealing with broken facilities, waiting for help that never came, and moving to another room that had its own problems.

Very disappointing service and extremely poor room conditions. After experiencing problems in TWO different rooms, I cannot consider this an isolated issue. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Very bad experience from beginning to end.

The hot tub inside the room was a 100/10, but the cleanliness of the room overall needs to be much higher.
Pros:

The location is gorgeous! The staff are always kind. Close enough to SF!

Cons:

The bathroom had urine in the toilet when we first checked in, not only was our door already opened but it also smelled like cigarettes. It was very noisy outside, and parking was a nightmare.
