Pros:

The breakfast was great and copious, the hotel was in a quiet area and clean.

Cons:

The area was a bit far from the actual La Defense area and a bus was needed as there was no immediate acccess to a metro or RER. The bathroom facilities were also not working as well and the hot water turned cold as soon as someone else was using the water as well.

Good Value for the Money
Pros:

We were welcomed by Walid who was exceptionally helpful. The room was a little tired and rather basic, but this is reflected in the price and if you're in Paris, you probably aren't spending much time in the room anyway. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view from room 303 and watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our window on the first night which was magical.

The neighbourhood is really clean and safe, and is well connected via the bus network. There are some great bakeries and places to eat just a short walk away but it's also easy to jump on the bus and be at Grand Palais in 30 minutes or so!

Cons:

The only actual complaint about the room was that the shower temperature is very inconsistent so you are either freezing or being scalded. The air con/ heating delivery was inconsistent and would blow out cold air when heat was required. The bath didn’t have a plug if you wanted to have a soak and internal noise pollution can be heard in the room from neighbouring rooms. External noise pollution from the road was excellent with hardly no noise leakage into the room.

Je remercie le réceptionniste à l’accueil qui a facilité mon arrivée durant la semaine et qui a contribué à rendre très simple l’ajout d’une nuitée au sein de l’établissement.
Je remercie également la jeune femme réceptionniste, rayonnante et très professionnelle, qui a facilité ma fin de séjour durant le week-end.
Le petit-déjeuner est efficace et appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse.
