Je suis reparti profondément déçu par le manque de professionnalisme Un séjour gâché par le comporte
Pros:

L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. À ce niveau, je n'ai absolument rien à reprocher à l'établissement.

Cons:

Le comportement de l'employé de nuit a été particulièrement désagréable, irrespectueux et dépourvu de professionnalisme. Cette expérience m'a profondément choqué. À cause de son attitude et des préjugés dont j'ai eu le sentiment d'être victime, j'ai préféré quitter l'hôtel en pleine nuit pour aller dormir dans un autre établissement.

Un tel comportement est très grave et ne reflète pas le niveau de service que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel. Malgré la propreté des lieux, cette expérience a complètement gâché mon séjour.

Je ne recommanderai jamais cet établissement à qui que ce soit. J'espère que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires afin qu'aucun autre client n'ait à vivre une telle situation.

Plateau avec thé et café appréciable.

Une douche aurait été préférable à une baignoire, étant d'un certain age.
