Had a comfortable 3 night stay. Staff is excelent.
Pros:

The staff here were amazing. Every single person I talked to were very nice and helpful. They even let me keep my bicycle in the office at night. The location was great, easy to get to all the attractions. The facilities were good and my view of the city was nice as well. It's not a budget hotel, but I felt it was good value.

My piece of mind.
Pros:

Checkin and checkout was fine. Receptionist didnt quite provide the information needed. I needed to start asking then only they tell you. The breakfast and staff just ok..

Cons:

I get a room with a leaking in the bathroom. Once checkin already notice it, directly inform to the staff who sent our luggage up. The maintenance staff came, check but claim there were no leaking and call for their cleaner to clean the bathroom.
Same day at night, call the operator if available for any other room. Claim tonight was full, was informed can change room by tomorrow but nobody check up on us. I was to tired to check again..
The building is quite old so understandable that the condition might not be as good as new. Bathtub also was not very pleasant which make me and family not dare to jump in.
