Perfeita e prática!
Pros:

Adoramos o hotel. Principalmente o quarto com camas macias e excelente limpeza. O café da manhã era típico americano, mas o que surpreendeu foi o cuidado e acolhimento da Marieta e Verônica. Elas tinham prazer em nos receber. O que trouxe um up para a hospedagem. Eu voltaria!

El personal super amable!! En recepción y en el desayuno el cual estaba variando y de muy buen sabor, las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias

Cons:

La ubicación no me gusto tanto, por la subida de noche desde el paseo de la fama muy oscuro, dificil de cruzar y mucho homeless

Pros:

An excellent location, very nice rooms and fresh and clean a hotel everywhere. Also quite fine price in this location. Breakfast room is also very well air condition and breakfast was also very nice and white options.

The property is very clean, I think it’s by far the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. All employees are super nice and accommodating. And in good spirits.

Exceptional experience
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing across every department — from the reception team to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely supportive and welcoming.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, which made the whole stay even better.

Special thanks to Martieta & Veronica for their outstanding hospitality and support throughout my stay.

Meh rooms, great breakfast
Pros:

The location is great as we took a family trip to Universal Studios and it was close by, but the rooms were average at most and quite dated. The highlight of our stay was the free breakfast in the morning and the lovely staff there, Veronica and Elsie. They were so good at making sure that things were stocked and really worked hard with keeping the areas neat and tidy.

Great service & Convenient Location
Pros:

First time visiting Hollywood CA and the Holiday Inn Express (rewards member) added to an enjoyable visit. Tania, the front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming. She was happy to assist with any questions or room selections. As a light sleeper, took the advice of other reviews and requested a room away from Highland Ave. No problem. Because I had a late flight (after check out time) I could store my luggage and come back later to depart for LAX (no charge). The buffet breakfast attendants Marieta and Veronica were helpful and quick to assist with any questions with breakfast buffet offerings. The location is near The Hollywood Bowl..and is an easy walk for concert attendees, or anyone who wants to visit the historic concert venue.
