I will not stay here again due to unfriendly staff and the parking was ridiculous to pay for valet.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and spacious.

Cons:

Random charge for parking when on the website it said free parking but charged 45$ for valet parking and it was mandatory. And the front desk staff when we check in was so rude. Not friendly at all. I didn’t get his name but was not happy at all.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Situation top pour un séjour de quelques jours.
Pros:

La situation proche d’Hollywood blvd, du panneau Hollywood et de l’Observatoire Griffith.
Service de Vallet accueillant et véhicule à chaque fois remis très rapidement.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner, notamment Marietta, souriante et très attentionnée, de même que sa collègue.

便利な場所です
Pros:

部屋が広い。チャイニーズシアターまでも徒歩でいけます。電子レンジもあったため冷凍食品を買って調理できます。

Cons:

チェックアウト時にネットワークの調子が悪く領収証の発行が出来なかった。あとでメールで送るとのことだったがアプリを登録する必要あった。
