Café da manhã, chuveiro, cama eram ótimos. O restaurante também tem uma comida ótima! Os atendentes foram muito cordeais, nos dando boas dicas de turismo. Localização excelente, próximo a bons restaurantes e supermercados. Uber ou taxi até o centro histórico ou outras atrações bem rápidos e de fácil acesso.
Tive dificuldade de gerenciar a temperatura do quarto. Elevador era relativamente lento também.

O box do banheiro era muito ruim, o chão ficava muito molhado, e a entrada e saída na banheira é perigosa / temerária de se escorregar. A escada para subir ao primeiro andar estava praticamente inacessível, trazendo grande risco em caso de algo pior (as malas que são guardadas para o hóspedes deveriam ficar em algum outro lugar) e os acessos à escada deveriam estar desimpedidos. O elevador parou em determinado momento com minha esposa dentro...enfim, o hotel precisa de renovação.

Não tinha chuveirinho do vazo sanitário. Tinha um funcionário usando uma furadeira bem na parede do nosso quarto do lado de fora as 17h, com muito barulho... Achamos o café da manhã pobre de opões pelo valor que pagamos na estadia e pela reputação que o hotel tem.
Não tinha mamão no café da manhã. O restante estava excelente.
Hotel muito confortável e com características de um hotel tradicional, a começar pela porta giratória na entrada. Me surpreendeu positivamente! A localização é muito boa e o staff muito educado e disponível. Café da manhã muito bom e também gostei das opções do restaurante para almoço e jantar.
