A falta de ar condicionado no quarto
Quarto confortável, ótimo café da manhã com vista para Mar Del Plata
Excellent value for money. Very fine attention to detail. Amazing, courteous and helpful staff. Really felt like a special place. With views of the coast. Very special place.
1) Ignacio at the front desk was by far one of the kindest and most helpful employees we came across.
2) Although narrow, the beds were comfy.
3) I got sick while there and Ignacio arranged for a doctor to come over, free of charge. BIG DEAL!
4) The gym is rusty and dated, but it does the job for a maintenance workout. Plus the view from up there is nice.
5) The sauna is great, there's a view from it too.
6) The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant downstairs is great for dinner too.
7) The location is good - walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants, right by the beach, etc.
The only 3 reasons I'm not giving it a 9/10 or more are:
1) Despite being on a higher floor, the street below is fairly big and can get noisy. You get used it after a while and it becomes background noise, but at first it feels like there's a motorbike in your room.
2) If you're not talking to Ignacio at reception, it's a gamble. We got some poor information once, there were scheduling conflicts with the sauna area, etc.
3) They charged us 60 DOLLARS for laundry (1 jeans, 2 shorts, 2 socks, 5-6 underwear, 4 t-shirts)! This type of insanity should at least be advertised in advance, instead of being surprised at checkout. But, Ignacio wasn't handling it, someone else was... This laundry situation is the pirmary reason for the 8/10 grade.
A localização do Hotel Cala di Volpe é maravilhosa, próximo a bons restaurantes, ao Shopping, próximo a orla da cidade o que é muito bom para caminhada e apreciar a noite à beira mar. O restaurante do hotel também é excelente. Toda a equipe, da recepção à camareira são atenciosos, cortês, tentam falar o português e a atender a todos da melhor forma possível.

O café da manhã precisa de uma aprimorada. Os ovos não são bem feitos. São muito oleosos e não possuem capricho na elaboração.
