Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: several guests noted cleanliness and comfort, but multiple reviews mention bad smells, not-clean rooms and clogged sinks/drainage — lowers score.
Service
9.5
Generally praised — many comments about friendly, helpful staff and an outstanding check-in by 'Anna'; isolated reports of an unfriendly receptionist and front-office attitude.
Location
9.5
Frequently noted as a strength: good location, sea/river views, close to shops/restaurants; a few mentions of being a bit far from city centre but overall very positive.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are spacious with large balconies, but multiple guests report dated decor, old furniture, water damage and need for cosmetic remodeling.
Amenities
10
Strong amenity offering: pools, jacuzzi, fitness centre and good communal areas are repeatedly praised.
Value for Money
8
Mixed: some guests feel price/quality is fair, others feel rooms should be updated for the price — overall slightly above target but tempered by renovation concerns.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast buffet receives high praise (extensive, fresh), though a few guests note limited restaurant options or recommend skipping food service.
Overall Experience
9.1
Most guests recommend the property and highlight staff, views and amenities; a minority report poor cleanliness or service incidents, yielding a generally strong overall impression.

Good location friendly staff, great sized rooms, a little dated,
Pros:

Rooms were excellent size but pretty bland and dated and old furniture. What is it with hotels that provide a bath but remove the plugs !!!

Cons:

Woken up by cleaning staff despite checkout being later in morning. Typical underground car park with narrow turns and tight corners if you have a larger vehicle.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Prima verblijf
Pros:
