The breakfast was delicious! My daughter and I really enjoyed the waffle maker. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We felt right at home during our stay. The extended checkout time of noon was very helpful since it allowed my daughter and I to have a leisurely breakfast and event enjoy the pool again before we left!
I was disappointed that there was no office center where I could print my boarding pass.
Location
Online offered shuttle service. Not the case. Would have been better off driving from home at 1am and parking in the garage at the airport. Wasted time and money staying at the Hampton Inn. $142 a piece for the rooms and $165 to park our car, because of no shuttle service!

Noise from neighbors kept us up all night, even after asking front desk to talk to them. Someone was making a racket all night. Did not realize we could not leave our car for our trip because we had not booked the stay and fly package. Would not let us upgrade because we booked with a 3rd party. The entire point of staying at the hotel was to leave our car and take their shuttle for our trip.
The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The floor in the room was dirty. Had trouble getting hot water in the morning. One of the elevators was not working.
Interior design in the resort, breakfast was good, hallways were clean, pool and jacuzzi okay!
My husband and I were there on our 19th wedding anniversary. We found a problem with the TV remote not working had to call maintenance. Also the bed SQUEAKED SO LOUDLY when we moved in the bed or sat on the bed!! Also the towel holders kept falling off the wall on to the floor and even the shower handle fell off in the shower!! We had to call maintenance again!! I notified the receptionist of these problems and told her that I would notify the Hampton Inn customer service of my complaints and would be requesting a refund!! We put up with the room, but it was not relaxing and fit for our convenience for our Anniversary!
