Service
8.8
Strong, repeated praise for staff names (Hafsa, Madhuri, Vinod, Lalit, Precilla, Savio, etc.) and helpful, friendly service indicates excellent service.
Location
8.8
Many guests note the hotel is very close to Mumbai T-2 airport and convenient for travel, making location a clear strength.
Room Quality
6.5
Some mentions of small rooms and at least one report of centralized AC controls not functioning indicate room size/comfort and maintenance issues lower this score.

8
Several guests report complimentary upgrades/breakfast and explicitly state good value, indicating a generally strong value perception.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is frequently praised for variety and quality, though there are isolated negative mentions about facilities/food; overall F&B is positive.
Overall Experience
7.3
Many guests describe stays as wonderful, amazing or best-ever, driven by service and breakfast; a few operational issues reduce the overall experience slightly.
