Always Clean and Friendly Staff
Pros:

This property is always clean and the staff members are always friendly and willing to address your questions and your needs. This is my hotel of choice and many of the front staff along with the happy hour attendee greet me by name. The rooms are well maintained and the mattress provide a great night sleep.

Very disappointing
Pros:

I have been coming to this facility for over 50 yrs. Firsts visit was 1978 for family reunion feel in love with facility. Great location, facility was always clean, very welcoming staff ,room well stock soft comfortable bed and pillows plenty of supplies. Breakfast in the past was excellent. Happy hours in past great.
This visit:
1, very pleasant welcoming helpful smiling front desk staff(sorry I did not get their names but black female/white male they were great.

Downhill from there-people with pit bulls running around unleashed not listening to owner was in laundry room and one ran up on myself and another customer had to repeat several times for owner to get dog but instead of coming grabbing dog he stood in the hallway repeating several times for the dog to leave (dog dont listen) for scary moment for me!!!!
3. Dryer stop working in middle of washing clothes so had to leave with wet clothes.
4. Hallway carpet was dirty.
I was very disappoint due to this was the only hotel I stayed in when coming to STL since 1976!!! Now this late in life I have to locate another place to stay.

The facility was nice and clean but there were a few improvements that need to be made.

Nice facility, staff, for the most part, very clean

Cons:

took almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Had to call twice before we saw the shuttle. Were in a room directly across from the elevators, and ice machine. In addition, some piece of mechanical equipment turned on, ran, made a noise like draining water, and then shut off all night long. All these things resulted in so much noise that it was very hard to get any sleep.
