Q-Park is 3 minutes' walk away on Charles Street, CR0 1TR, and offers preferential parking rates to guests. Please drive to the hotel where you can check-in and leave your luggage before moving your vehicle. The fee for the car park is reduced rate of £15 per 24 hours.

Good standard, comfy hotel
Pros:

Have stayed here a few times, staff are always friendly and welcoming, the breakfast selection is good and varied.
This time I was put into an adjoining room that were quite noisy, I went and asked to move rooms and was accommodated very quickly and without any concern, so I was very pleased with the service!

Good alternative to staying in central London.
Pros:

Chose this hotel as an alternative to staying in central London. It was a 10 minute walk to East Croydon railway station, or 2 minutes to a tram stop. Could be in central London within 30 minutes and to Gatwick in 20 minutes. Modern, quality establishment
in a quiet area, good sized room with a sofa and table, and a good buffet breakfast. Restaurants, pubs and shops close by.

Cons:

Cost of train travel was higher being in an outer zone for London Transport.
Breakfast could be very crowded and the elevators were too small and slow, with it being quicker to walk the stairs.
