Q-Park is 3 minutes' walk away on Charles Street, CR0 1TR, and offers preferential parking rates to guests. Please drive to the hotel where you can check-in and leave your luggage before moving your vehicle. The fee for the car park is reduced rate of £15 per 24 hours.

- hotel byl čistý, snídaně byla každý den stejná a celkem strohá klasická english breakfast ale aspoň něco za tu cenu
- je celkem blízko nádraží (pokud po cestě na hotel nenarazíte na pochybnou skupinu lidí - určitě nechodíte sami a za tmy nebo sami ženy!!)
- lokalita otřesná ale pokud si i přes to vyberetu tuto lokalitu (zajimavý lidi…) tak tento hotel se dá

The manager told me to park in the car park nearby that shuts at 10 and quarter to, which I did. He said “hurry it shuts at 10” i got in alright but could not get out! Lifts were off, info button on parking machine was off and all doors were locked. I had 2 children with me.
When I drove out through the entrance and went to the hotel he looked like he’d seen a ghost. He was very strange and didn’t say sorry. Then he walked off.
Turns out it was because they didn’t have any more “codes” to get the validated parking they promise.
Also there were dog hairs all over the sink unit even though I requested a pet free room.

Our reception was exceptionally welcoming and our rooms were made available long before the official check in time which was very welcom after a night spent in Gatwick airport. Room was excellent and breakfast was really good.
The cost was a bit more than I'd have expected it to be.
