The best thing about this hotel is the location - it is so central. The room was nice and spacious, very clean, and had beautiful stained glass windows. The only downside to this room is that it is at street level, so there is some noise - but not too much for me.

Cons:

Breakfast was downstairs and it was awkward to carry plates and hot drinks back up to the table, I didn't want to eat downstairs as it was too small and dark.The selection of food for breakfast was pretty good, but the cups for the coffee were small.

Superb hotel.
Pros:

Location perfect. Prime spot in the heart of the old town yet our room was peaceful and quiet. We walked everywhere, and the location felt very safe.

Junior Suite was perfect for 2 adults and a child. The firm mattress was the most comfortable bed I have laid on. Excellent air con, smart TV, safe, bath, lots of storage and a mini bar (paid). Housekeeping did a superb job keeping everything clean and replenished.

Breakfast was super. Simple, fresh and well stocked.

Dinner in the Deer Restaurant was exceptional! We dined there twice. High quality kids menu and superb a la carte menu with varied options. Fine dining which was affordable, with large portions.

Price point was spot on. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The guys on reception weren't that warm or welcoming. They were quiet and not very friendly.

For a 5* hotel I would expect complimentary bottles of water in the room each day. Albeit the tap water was fine to drink.

Lovely stay, would definitely choose this Hotel again!
Pros:

Everything was excellent and the most convenient location for all major attractions. Room spotless, staff very polite and facilitating, great breakfast too.

Cons:

The set up for breakfast was a bit inconvenient for terrace seating, one had to walk up and down steps to fill up a plate. Unless you were seated inside, where it was kinda dark and not very inspiring compared to the terrace.

Top hotel, perfect gelegen en zeer sfeervol!
Pros:

Perfect strategisch in de oude binnenstad, alles op korte loopafstand. De stijl van het hotel vind ik top! Mooi doorgevoerd in alle details.

Cons:

De smalle doorgang naar keuken en buffet is niet prettig. Het is soms een beetje dringen op het trappetje en in de buffetkeuken.

החדר מקסים, רומנטי ונח, כל השאר פחות

העיצוב והבמנה מרביהיבם ביופיים. המיקקום מושלם. אחד האנשים בקבלה היה באמת מקסים ועזר לנו לעבבור לחדר אחר, כי החדר שקבלנו היה ללא חלונות וממש בכניסה וכל הזמן שמענו את גלגלי המזוודות והעגלות.

בתיאור המלון כתוב שיש ג'קוזי, אין - רק בסוויטה מסויימת. בחדר עצמו יש מקלחת (או אמבטיה, תלוי איזה חדר - תבחרו: חלון ופרטיות או אמבטיה, אין גם וגם....), ארוחת הבוקר מאכזבת זו לא מילה, בעיקר למלון ברמת חמישה כוכבים. חלק מאנשי הצוות היו לא סימפטיים ברמה אחרת, ממש נוזפים וכועסים אן בקשנו עזרה להבין איך מפעילים את הטלביזיה או הזזנו כיסא כי מישהו עישן עלינו בזמן הארוחת

Everything was very nice; Other than that, everything was excellent. The hotel was centrally located, our rooms were very large, comfortable, clean, and well air-conditioned.

Cons:

however, the female staff responsible for the breakfast area were very rude and inattentive. Because of this, I deducted one point from my rating.

Cons:

Normaler weise gebe ich 10 punkte , muss dieses mal leider einen Punkt für das Essen im Restaurant abziehen , es gab da leider eine kleine Komplikation , wurde aber vom Manager später gut bereinigt und gelöst . Mal schauen nächstes Jahr , wir kommen wieder .
