I won’t stay again on principle as stated above

The original allocated room was next to the lift I asked to change as I have stayed 5 times prior they charged me to do so I will not be staying again as they obviously do not value my custom.

Pros:

Good location. East check in/out process. Large comfortable rooms. Everything super close by for a short weekend in the city.

Cons:

Only coffee available and no kettle. AC is old style of unit with little temp control.

the location was perfect for a one night stop to see Old Quebec

Cons:

The hotel was very difficult to get to due to construction and challenges in the accessing roads within the area. I would highly recommend you send an info package to guests prior to their arrival helping with accessing the area and identifying where best to park

Excellent emplacement au coeur du Vieux Québec

Cons:

Plafond bas pour les chambres au dernier étage. Le restaurant à l'entrée de l'hôtel rend parfois difficile les entrées et les sorties.

Perfect location, lovely, modern rooms, quiet.
Pros:

I've stayed in Vieux Quebec a number of times and this location is 10/10. Parking is nearby (5 min walk) in a covered lot for $25 a day. Room was clean, good sized and had a Nespresso machine with pods. Was very impressed.

Pleasant, enjoyable.
Pros:

The front desk/reception staff was excellent!

Cons:

Room 405 was rumble-y, had a "hum" to it. Elevator or some heat/airconditioning unit on the roof? Electrical outlets were not accessible and too few. In an attempt to make the room modern, it sacrificed some conveniences.

Would happily recommend this hotel and the restaurant did very tasty pizzas .
Pros:

Great location, nice modern room with comfy bed and appreciated the coffee machine.
Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful when needed.

Cons:

Some street noise but it didn’t last long
