Two days in old Québec
Pros:

The location was great, room very nice & comfortable. Coffee was excellent.

Cons:

We left a notice to make up the beds, not done, coffee was replaced. I think the beds could have been pulled up and tidied up a bit.

Pros:

Nous voudrions souligner le service impeccable de Damien. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés a la chambre qui nous était destinée, il faisait vraiment chaud. Damien est venu voir sur place et nous a dit qu'il était pour nous rappeler car il voulait vérifier s'il pouvait nous assigner une autre chambre. C'est ce qu'il a fait. Et juste avant de terminer son quart de travail il nous a rappeler pour savoir si tout était correct et s'il y avait quelque chose qu'il pouvait faire avant de partir. Vous avez un excellent employé, attentionné a la clientèle de votre hôtel. Dites-lui encore une fois un grand merci de notre part. Grâce a lui nous reviendrons a votre hôtel. 😊

Superbe!
Pros:

L’emplacement et l’ambiance étaient fantastiques.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit était assez ferme et plus ou moins confortable. J’aurais aimé un lit plus douillet comme ce que nous recherchons dans les hôtels.

Cozy place with excellent food and staff.
Pros:

The location was awesome. The parking was close and easy to find. Easy to walk from the parking garage to the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant and wonderful food and staff.

Bel endroit, près de tout, j' y retournerai.
Pros:

l'emplacement dans le vieux Québec, l'acceuil du préposé, la quiétude de l' endroit.

Cons:

un peu déçue de la vue sur jardin qui est assez ordinaire, et beaucoup de difficulté à ajuster l' eau de la douche...soit brûlante ou glaciale.
