If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Excelente localização. Vista linda do rooftop.
Desorganização tremenda no estabelecimento. Chegamos 22h e não tinha vaga e nem tinha manobrista. Pediram para “largarmos” o carro em qualquer lugar e deixarmos a chave na recepção. Achei desorganizado demais. Também queria falar das cadeiras de madeira (espreguiçadeiras) no rooftop. São tão desconfortáveis que fica difícil de ficar muito tempo curtindo a vista.
Café da manhã não estava incluso na estadia, o que gerou espécie e descontentamento.
A refeição solicitada demorou mais de uma hora para ser entregue no quarto.

Nível de ruído muito elevado na acomodação com vista para o mar no período noturno. Som em alto volume gerado nos bares que ficam próximos ao hotel geram enorme desconforto. Os vidros das portas de acesso às varandas das acomodações com vista para o mar, justamente os de maior custo, deveriam ser próprios para isolamento acústico.
Excelente se pegar as acomodações reformadas. Café da manhã muito bom!
