The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Feels like a high turnover hotel. Carparks are tight.

The room was large with a well equipped kitchenette. We enjoyed having table and chairs plus a lounge , plenty of space to relax and sit.
We liked that the location was fairly central but awY from the mai area of restaurants and pubs so quieter. Also a well equipped grocery store about 50m away was really handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Space on one side of the bed was a bit tight and no bedside table on that side for phone etc.
Great central location and within easy walking distance to everything we needed in the area. The staff were super friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. We would stay here again in we were in the area. We had travelled from Australia.
The airconditioning unit was behind a curtain, so this stopped some of the air-flow. It would have been better for this to not be obstructed. The room felt a little warmer than we had hoped and we thought this might have been the reason for this.

This was my 2nd visit, I love the hotel.
It is located along the Main Street, walkable to the village which all the restaurants, pubs, shops are. We could also walk to Excalibur / Whistler gondola.
The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful.
The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed. The housekeeper kept the rooms clean and tidy everyday!
The carpark space are small and limited. I had to park the car in an open air carpark which was about 8-10min away

Construction in the lobby had water all over the floor the day we arrived, rooftop amenities (hot tub, etc.,) were unavailable
