Pros:

Good location in the centre.

Fantastic stay in central Whistler.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. A large room with a comfortable bed. We were there early May and the hotel was warm. No need for the heater and we even preferred to have the window open at night. The bath shower had a great shower head. And the shampoo, moisturiser etc. were great. The coffee machine was good. And the kitchenette came in really handy. Everything was clean. And the cleaners are awesome, we did not expect or need them to do the kitchenette, but they did! The staff were very welcoming on check in. And the cleaners super friendly.

Cons:

Parking was expensive. And the parking spaces are EXTREMELY tight! Another guest mentioned they travel to the same hotel but fear parking the car. If you have anything bigger than a small SUV, well... the parking lots are a 5 minute walk in summer. The water dispenser was not working whilst we stayed there, however, there is an ice machine which functioned fine.

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful location with lovely staff

The room was lovely very comfortable bed and pillows. Great kitchen and sitting room. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants

Great for avid skiers wanting to experience the village
Pros:

-Convenient free shuttle to the hill
-Quiet location with good restaurants nearby
-Clean room with a comfy bed
-You get the village access at a more reasonable price than many of the other hotels

Cons:

-Walls are thin so you will be woken up by people in the hall getting ready to go skiing
-It’s a bit of a walk to the hill

Disliked · The hotel is in need of major upgrades. Our room had a lot of wear and tear, and although it was clean, was very run down. The beds were decently comfortable, but they sunk in near the heads of the mattresses. The TV was not easy to use, and we had to have a maintenance person come and show us how to use streaming services, as it wasn't as easy as a click of a button (it had to be paired with your phone). The coffee and coffee maker were extremely budget, and the coffee tasted very watered down. The pool was quite small, but we did enjoy not having hotel staff linger around and enforce rules, which allowed our children to be loud and have a lot of fun.

Séjour incroyable au centre de whistler
Pros:

Extrêmement près de tout sans être en plein centre de whistler. Tout est faisable à pied, la vue côté piscine est très belle.
La laverie en accès libre au 2 eme étage est clairement un plus.
Les literies (lit et sofa) était très confortable. Le personnel d’étage est très professionnel.

Cons:

Il manque la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place (et pas à la brasserie attenante qui ouvre tard.)
La non gestion des places de parking. On était plusieurs à arriver avec nos vounchers pour le parking alors qu’il était plein.
La réception ne semble pas avoir beaucoup d’utilité avec un manque d’intérêt de savoir si nous comprenions ou pas ce qui nous était expliqué.

Great Family trip
