O conforto do quarto. Muito bom.
Chegámos dentro do horário do pequeno-almoço, embora faltassem apenas 10 minutos para terminar. Sabíamos disso. No entanto, a funcionária, sem praticamente dizer “bom dia”, limitou-se a informar-nos do tempo restante. A mensagem poderia ter sido transmitida com um pouco mais de simpatia e cordialidade.

The room is very big. All rooms and toilets are accessible. It is not located in the city centre so it is not the best if that's what you want to see. But most people (like ourselves) actually travel outside of Reykjavic everyday to see sites. In this case, I prefer this location a lot more as its easier and faster when entering and exiting the capital. It has a number of supermarkets close as well. It has its own parking and when we asked for an iron and board, it was given to us for the whole of our stay. That was very convenient. The breakfast has a variety of breads, fruits, drinks, etc.
It has a gym and spa so it really is a good hotel. I liked that it has phone chargers in their lamps.
I can't recall anything I didn't like. The bathrooms are not luxurious but they are comfortable and accessible as well. That's the worst thing I can say about the hotel, it shows I liked my stay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet. It is close to the city but does take some time to get to downtown. Bathroom is on the smaller end. It was a good stay for us as we just needed a place to stay for the night as we were traveling to other parts of Iceland the next day. The spa was closed the day we were there so can't comment on that.
