It had great views of Mt Vesuvius from the balcony
We were disappointed with the level of service and overall maintenance during our stay. The front desk staff were unhelpful when we asked for assistance arranging a transfer, simply directing us to the public bus on two separate occasions. On one evening, I arrived back late and was left knocking at the locked front door for 20 minutes before anyone responded. To make matters worse, we got stuck in one of the lifts, which are noticeably dated and in need of maintenance. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations

Posizione dell'albergo ottima dal punto di vista del panorama, Stanze ampie e pulite. Ben curata la piscina. Colazione ottima, gentilissimo il personale.
Per quanto la posizione sia ottima da un punto di vista del paronama (dal balcone si vede tutto il golfo, Vesuvio compreso) è penalizzante la distanza dal centro di Sorrento.
Mancano i marciapiedi per diverse centinaia di metri e non si può andare a piedi. La fermata del pullman è davanti all'albergo: pullman sempre pieno, difficile potervi salire. Va detto che c'è un sistema "navetta" dell'albergo: assolutamente insufficiente sia per gli orari che per i posti disponibili. Abbiamo preferito noleggiare un auto!

Room cleaning one of the worst. Our bedding had blood on from mosquito bites and the cleaners just turned it over! Shower slippy and bathroom floor for those infirm. I nearly slipped. They do minimal cleaning. The pool has steps which are not warned about inside the pool halfway., be careful. Big chunks missing from the edging which is sharp and bare wires exposed. Full of bits of masonry inside on the bottom.

No instructions in the room about using the phone, check out times etc. nothing at all.
Busy road and no safe walking path to leave hotel. Too far away from the town as there is nowhere to go near hotel.
WiFi terrible… can’t watch BBC news as it’s off and on buffering constantly so doesn’t work well on devices at all and just sits there spinning.
There’s some much better hotels in Sorrento itself. This one is just hanging on with the basic maintenance.
Evening meals?? We were served spinach every night for 6 nights as the main vegetable and it was horrible.
It was a budget hotel, ok if you are not wanting any frills

La posizione è buona. Collegata al centro storico da autobus di linea e navetta gratuita, l'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il parcheggio è gratuito. La colazione eccellente, crepes pancakes e omelette preparate al momento con cucina a vista, top! Area piscine molto rilassante. Lo staff gentile premuroso e molto preparato per fornire informazioni. Lo consigliamo e sicuramente ci torneremo!
Stayed here for 5 days, there is no chance this hotel is 4 star. The room was clean but basic. The balcony had a wasps nest in so couldn’t use the balcony.
Asked for a double room and got a twin, the food is not the best but was okay. The bar is expensive and you pay at the end of stay.
The hotel is far out of the town and you need the shuttle to get around.
Would visit the area again but definitely not this hotel.

Habitaciones muy amplias con terraza, la zona de piscina y jardín con jacuzzis estupendos y, aunque no está en el centro, el servicio de transporte del hotel tiene bastante frecuencia y te acerca en poco más de 5 minutos. Además, tienes línea de bus a escasos metros de la puerta del hotel. Y tienen acuerdo con un beach club maravilloso, no dejéis de ir, casi lo mejor del viaje.
Convendría renovar colchones y almohadas, no son nada confortables. El café pésimo, impropio de un hotel así, aunque el desayuno era bastante variado. Lo mejor del desayuno es la señora que te hace tortillas, huevos, tortitas y creps.

Il cibo della cena del 18/08/2026 assurdo…credo sia gravissimo per un hotel di questa portata permettere allo staff che lavora in cucina di infangare e rovinare il lavoro fatto da tutto il resto dello staff….perche se esce un piato immangiabile dalle porte di quella cucina si rovina tutto il lavoro fatto dai colleghi in precedenza ….per un cliente come me che alle 23:00 è dovuto uscire dall hotel per andare a mangiare altrove è stata una scocciatura …tanto che le sere a seguire non ci ho provato nemmeno a mangiare di nuovo lì…
La struttura ha un grande potenziale, la zona piscina e jacuzzi sono molto belle. Ha un parcheggio scoperto e le camere molto grandi
La pulizia dell’hotel lasciava a desiderare, sopratutto il bagno si vede che c’è una pulizia grossolana o quasi inesistente, i rubinetti molto rovinati e il porta shampoo della doccia era rotto e rovinato. Sono tutti piccoli dettagli che non dovrebbero essere trascurati in un hotel a 4 stelle.
struttura perfetta per chi vuole godersi sorrento in relax senza lo stress che dà il centro città.

The room dimensions were very good. We had enough space for everything and the balcony very nice and spacious. The omlete made by the chef in the morning is very good! We also liked the fact that we had the shuttle bus to take us to the city center, even though the schedule is strict and not too often.
The room had mold in some parts of the wall. One of the shower heads was broken. The seif did not work. The room was not really cleaned on the floor very good.
