Noisy, massage lanes
Pros:

Near some transportation, food outlets

Cons:

Small bathroom, air conditioning was hard lower.to close to noisy music, too many massage parlours calling out to me. Can reduce massage parlour and sound proof balcony glass doors.

Very very disappointing
Pros:

The location is good. In Pattaya you chose location to be either side of the central shopping mall. Soi 10 upwards or upto Soi 9. Sunbeam being soi 8.

Cons:

3 time visiting and placed in annex. Rooms were dull and like cells with concrete finish. Problems with their pipe works means that a constant banging from the pipes when someone uses the shower. Sounded like rodent in the space above the ceiling on a couple of nights. But couldn't truly identify. But sounded like something big scratching at something which stopped when banged on the ceiling. none of the gym equipment was working so unless up to 10kg dumb bells is your thing then no gym. The last 2 times I've stayed it was in main building and fine, but not this time, for one of the higher priced rooms.

وسع الغرفة مع مرافقها كانت ممتازة.

الغرف التي بجانبنا كانوا معظمهم من الجالية الهندية وكانوا مزعجين جدا وجميع ابواب غرفهم كانت مفتوحة ولا يحترمون خصوصية الضيوف الآخرين.

If you can't beat them, join them!
Pros:

Great location for central Pattaya but it did come with a downside. Staff were exceptional, we needed to change room for something slightly bigger and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Every member of staff that we came into contact with, were lovely.
Nice swimming pool with swim up bar.

Cons:

The location was in front of a beer bar complex, don't expect to sleep well without earplugs. The second night, we just went to the bars until 5am, if you can't beat them, join them!!
Sadly, I found the breakfast selection poor.
