We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the very beginning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the pool area is fantastic – perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, but still quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, with a great view over the city.

We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again!

Nice hotel but the rooms need some serious updating. The rooms are kept clean. Robes in the room wouldn't fit a small child (and myself or husband are that big but robes wouldn't go round either of us). The flip flops in the room have already been worn by God knows how many other people!

Pool area is nice. Although, we couldn't believe that they charge a service charge for every drink that is ordered whilst you are at the pool. Could understand if you were not paying guests at the hotel but if you are staying there then why should you pay to have a drink at the pool?

Best bet is to walk 2 minutes up the hill to the local shop and buy yourself a beer or 4. Only costs a few pounds (if that). Also the takeaway stand next to the shop has amazing food.

I had a wonderful stay at Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort in Phuket. The location is excellent, with very easy access to the central area, restaurants, shops, and everything you need, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their service made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, the pool area is amazing, and the overall structure of the hotel is just gorgeous. Everything felt well maintained and designed to make your stay enjoyable.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.
