Weit weg von den Märkten, Altstadt oder China Town. Nicht viel vor Ort. Fahrzeug notwendig.
Comfortable room, views of the ocean, good location, close to 7/11 and other small shops. Amazing spa on site
No elevator

Rooms are spacious, quiet, bedding was comfortable, they accomodated my gluten-free diet. I was super pleased
La proximité avec la plage nous a séduit. La plage était propre avec de nombreux restaurants. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. La chambre familiale était top et bien décoré. Les piscines au top.

The location is good
We all (4 of us) got very sick the 2nd day of our stay with vomiting and diarrhoea totally ruined the rest of our holiday as it dragged on for ages. The only thing we all had the same were the pool bar cocktails so we are attributing it to the ice 🤷♀️
The staff at this hotel are not overly friendly which is not our usual experience in Thailand.
The resort is right in the beach which makes things superb. The resort has everything you need including a sauna.
Staff are amazing and always happy to help. Facilities great. Perfect stay with family and friends or girlfriend
The A/C system it's very noise in the room even if the fan it's at the minimum. This cause poeple like me, light sleeper, to struggle having a good night sleep.
This hotel is really nice. The staff is exceptional. They upgraded our room to a ground one since my mother can’t take the stairs. The beach is really nice with a warm water. A 7/11 is just in front of the hotel

Wir haben bereits das 2. mal hier unsere ersten 3 Nächte in Thailand verbracht zum Ankommen. Es geht einem hier wirklich gut und man durchsteht den Jetlag wunderbar. Das Frühstück kann man mit Meeresblick genießen. Der große Pool verfügt über eine tolle Atmosphäre mit einer Insel und auch einer Treppe zum einfacheren Einstieg in den Pool. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer kleinen Straße mit Restaurants, Massagen und einem 7/11. Man vergisst ein wenig, dass man sich im Massentourismus befindet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und vorausschauend. Wir sind mit Senioren gereist und sie haben für die beiden sofort das Zimmer vom 4. Stock ins Erdgeschoss verlegt.
Even though I checked out on July 17th, they still haven't refunded the deposit I paid with my debit card during check-in on July 14th—and today is August 20th. Despite there being only a 4-hour difference between the two countries, they respond to my emails days later or not at all; once your stay is over, they simply do not care. I have been working for one of the world's largest airline companies for 15 years. Everyone around me will learn about the irresponsibility displayed here."
