Das Frühstück war in grossen und ganzen soweit gut.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hatte Speisen länger anbieten können, sowie auch die Öffnenungzeiten des Restaurant sind. Die Küche war schon geschlossen. Die Bedienung hat uns dann aber noch Nachtisch gebracht, der war ausgezeichnet.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt befriedigend aber nicht mehr!

Lage und Frühstück sind gut!

Cons:

Ich hatte bereits im Februar eine e-mail gesendet um uns ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage zu reservieren das hat schon mal nicht geklappt ! Der Herr am Empfang war bemüht eine Lösung zu finden und er versprach uns ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage also haben wir alles wieder in die Koffer gepackt und am nächsten Morgen die Koffer an der Rezeption abgegeben. Am Abend dann wollten wir unser neues Zimmer beziehen und schon wieder hatte man dieses wohl versehentlich vergeben. Beim 3. Versuch hat es dann geklappt das Zimmer war um einiges kleiner und zur Eingangsseite hin aber immerhin in der 2. Etage. Wir können nicht ganz nachvollziehen warum es so schwierig war unserem Wunsch nachzukommen aber üblich ist das so sicherlich nicht !!
Dann noch eine Anmerkung betreffend der Schalter am Bett die sind absolut im Liegen nicht erreichbar welcher schlaue Architekt hat sich den Blödsinn ausgedacht.
Zu bemängeln ist auch das hauseigene w-lan es ist zwar „gratis“ aber sehr schlecht im gesamten Haus !!!
Alles in allem fanden wir den Aufenthalt etwas enttäuschend da hätten wir uns mehr erwartet.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad. Aussenterrasse um mit Blick auf den Spandauer See zu frühstücken. Frühstücken ist im Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Alles ist sehr nachhaltig organisiert.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten, Parkhausgebühren pro Tag 21,-€ sehr hoch. Sanitäre Anlagen im Bad veraltert, Toilette innen braun angelaufen.
