Pros:

Zentrale ruhige Lage in Berlin Spandau. Schwimmbad und Sauna zur Nutzung. Tolle Terasse zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen.

Schöne Unterkunft, netter Außenbereich, aber die Personalkapazität könnte man optimieren.
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind für die Hotelgäste Kostenfrei. Frühstück ist gut und man kann frisches Omlette oder Rührei bekommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstückspersonal wirkte estwas überfordert. Wenn viel los ist, wirkt es etwas angespannt. Der Roboter der durchfährt um das gebrauchte Geschirr entgegen zu nehmen, kommt dann nicht weiter und steht nur im Weg herum.

Pros:

The staff is very unfriendly the rooms get not cleaned until late, a man of the crew they has been very unfriendly and agressive with me as a woman and the rest of the staff didn’t even excuse themselves. We have booked because there was a swimming pool and then it turned out it was closed for the whole month os July, which was not initially said. Food in the restaurant very average.

Parkgarage unter dem Hotel

Cons:

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Bar am Samstag um 2230 nicht mehr geöffnet, Pool geschlossen, Frühstück durchschnittlich mit einem umherfahrenden Roboter um sein Geschirr selbst abzuräumen.
Für 4 Sterne Superior hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Gute Umgebung! Schöner See. Gutes Radnetz. Sehr feines Frühstück. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage! Die Terrassenbar am Dach war nicht geöffnet, nicht alle WM-Spiele wurden im Lokal übertragen. Leihräder veraltet.

Fajna lokalizacja i miejsce, ale do hotelu więcej nie wrócimy.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu, ładny budynek z wygładu wśród innych ceglanych bydynków

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju ( nie dało się spać w nocy) - pobyt w lipcu. Dość stary pokój jak dla hotelu **** i taką cenę. Nie działająca strefa Spa pod czas naszego pobytu.
