Disappointing after a long days travel.
Cons:

You have to call the reception for staff to attend after waiting for ten minutes.
Odour to the room when I walked in which was quite revolting. Huge stain on the carpet as I entered. The two beds pushed together to make the queen were significantly different heights of mattress. Woke up to another person who must stay there long term cooking in the communal BBQ space blasting explicit rap music at 0800am. Check out was 10 and was being rushed by housekeeping at 9:15 so they could clean the room.

For the price point I didn't expect it to be THAT gross. I think it is time for a facelift or to invest in the guest experience a little better.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We booked 2 units with 2 bedrooms - for 4 people (2 in each). We each had a bedroom with ensuite, and very happy with that arrangement. The units were well appointed - good size, plenty of space in each room. We were amused by the fact that the cutlery/crockery/glassware were not matched! Laundry provision appreciated although we didn't require it. Parking was excellent - with lift access to the units. Close to the event we were there to attend - so very convenient.

Cons:

Only issues we all had, was the water in the showers (all 4 of them) were inconsistent - one minute warm, next extremely hot/boiling, then cold. AND the couches in the lounge area were very worn and uncomfortable to sit on. Our unit only had one chair outside on the balcony whereas the other unit had two.

Pleasant stay, and catered well for our time in Canberra visiting friends and seeing the city.
Pros:

Location was great. It was quiet staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our tv didn’t work upon arrival however staff were quick to solve the issue.

Cons:

The reception was unattended when we arrived. After calling the phone number what was given us the phone reng at reception where nobody was. We had to wait 20 min when receptionist finally came.
Our bedding was stained with old blood.
The fridge in the room was quite understocked. It only contained a few small milk portions, which felt a bit limited. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of items available, such as water, soft drinks, or light snacks, to make the stay more comfortable and convenient.
Additionally, there were no towels available by the pool later in the evening.

Highly disappointing things did not work and furniture broken or not working
Cons:

We asked for apartment with two separate bed and rang to confirm this request, on arrival there was only a double bed, highly unsuitable. On ringing I was told that nothing could be done about the problem and to contact the hotel office in the morning. On doing this in the morning the office staff informed me that there was on single beds available ( which was not true as there where empty apartments) so nothing could be done to solve our problem highly disappointing.
