Clean accomodation with all the basics.
Pros:

Clean and well equipped room. Cutlery, plates provided.

Cons:

The underground car park has very low roof must be aware if driving bigger car. No one there on checkout even though said reception from 7 am.

Not staying there again
Pros:

I would not stay there again

Cons:

The lock on the door wasn’t working properly I told them but the man made out I was more of a nuisance reminding him it was faulty .
There was bad fruit for breakfast not much off a breakfast Woolworths’s long life milk tacky
I had to put the lounge in front off the door as I felt unsafe with the faulty lock and my Grandaughter with me .
The pool photos Booking .com are false aswell

Pros:

The unit was clean and warm (we stayed July 2026). The washing machine and kitchen with a good size fridge allowed us to have a very comfortable stay. Heating was great, movies on the TV, parking easy to navigate and COLES, Woolies, KFC, OPORTOS, pubs, chemist and other takeouts were so close.
Late checkin was easy and Check out was smooth - Only encountered staff as they were replacing towels and emptying bins (no issues). We also had a separate Loungeroon which was great.

Pros:

The location is ideal if you have access to a vehicle. For walking to dining options it is still OK. We were travelling as a family and the room layout was ideal for 2 adults and a teenage child.

Cons:

The branding on the building lacks any indication it is the 'best western' hotel. A confirmation of the hotel name would be great (eg even just on the entry door to reception).
