Departing guests may continue to use the spa facilities up until 12:00. If guests wish to continue to use the spa facilities after check-out, there is a charge of GBP 15 per person.

Trein-wandelreis ontdekkingstocht Haslemere
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, gezien het warme weer heel fijn dat er een goede (stille) airco in de kamer zat. Mooi gerenoveerde kleine kamer in bijgebouw, goed bed (met uitzicht), prima badkamer. Uitgebreid continentaal ontbijtbuffet aangevuld met keuze uit vers bereidde English Breakfast-specialiteiten. In de bar van het restaurant kun je terecht voor een drankje, achter op het terras heb je buiten prachtig uitzicht. Goede keuken voor een diner 's avonds. Via een public footpath achter het hotel kun je een flinke wandeling maken naar Haslemeer, en aansluiten op andere wandelroutes in de omgeving. Met onze koffers binnen 10 minuten van station naar hotel.

Cons:

Soms in de ontbijtzaal eventjes heel druk 's morgens vanwege overnachtende en vroeg vertrekkende werklui-teams.

Very clean and modern room, air con was lovely especially in this warm weather, we was able to check in early then 3pm which was lovely as we went and made the most of the facilities there, guy at check in was happy and helpful and showed us on the map everything we needed to know

Cons:

Was looking forward to the breakfast when it came it was lovely apart from the sausage when I cut into it, it was still pink inside, I got given another one and the same thing happened to that so I left it in the end. The pool was lovely but it was taken over on Monday morning by aqua aerobics which was not displayed anywhere for people to see, there just needs to be a timetable of things that may happen so people know the timings and when to swim and not to swim

Pros:

Loved the spa and the outdoor area we also loved the room the bed was comfortable.
The room was clean and the overall cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The food was nice but basic, we skipped breakfast as we came around 9am but the staff seemed overwhelmed and the food didn’t look great so we skipped it.

Pros:

Great location for attending a family wedding in Chiddingfold. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible cooling system in the room, which was needed and appreciated during the latest heatwave. The spa was great, we used the pool, sauna, and steam room. Good selection at breakfast. Staff very helpful.

The stay was ok but it could have been much better with a bit more attention to detail.
Pros:

The location was good nice and quiet.

Cons:

It needed some attention in the spa locker rooms, very few of the lockers worked. The bar ran out of lemonade and some of the ingredients for the cocktails on the menu.

Cons:

Property needs a lot of attention to detail; gardens , in room maintainence; ac in rooms; swimming pool tiles above waterline need a good clean; cold jets in area next to the steam room not working; spa pool not able to be turned on until after 9.30 in the morning; locker room cupboard locks need attention( 50% not working), food and beverage staff need training and you need more staff at peak period( breakfast) ; rooms not soundproof

Staircases are narrow and a lot of steps ( yet no offer of help with liggage.

Needs a lot of money spent to get it back to scratch
