Café da manhã excelente

Cons:

Recepção deveria ter mais empatia, mesmo que no cartão estejam todas as orientações, poderiam reforçar coisas básicas, tipo senha do wi-fi, andar da acomodação, dicas de horários do café da manhã, alimentação no hotel, solicitar ajuda com as malas.

E principalmente se atentar de ativar o acesso dos cartões antes dos hóspedes subirem aos quartos e ter que retornar a recepção para fazer.
