Pros:

Booked it for family members (2 adults and a kid).
The staff went above and beyond to help them as they don't speak English - it was their first time in the UK.
So helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for more, really.
Breakfast was great, dinner was fab, even compared to the Hungarian cuisine they are used to.
The room was huge and was equipped with everything they needed. Quiet as well. It was on the top floor so there was hardly any noise from the road even when the window was open. (Yes, the window could be opened!)
Didn't regret booking this hotel, the best I could find nearby just 6 miles from junction 28 where I live.

Ok rooms could do with a bit of maintenance and up keep and toilet had poo on it upon arrival

Location was good did the event we attended

Cons:

Receptionist was not very friendly although another make member of staff around he didn’t help check a queue of guests in. Female receptionist didn’t make eye contact didn’t smile and seemed robotic.

Pros:

hotel was clean and modern. beautiful bar and restaurant area. staff in those areas were polite and helpful. bar was open 24hrs which was great for us.
food in the restaurant was lovely with a good menu to chose from.

Cons:

lady on reception was rude consistently to us and other guests. given she is the first person you meet, she gives the business a bad taste. she is enough to make me look elsewhere if I ever needed that location again.

Rude receptionist, paid for breakfast and staff said we haven’t, I had to check booking details and show staff as it wasn’t down on your system. Room was dark and dusty, definitely not worth the money we paid. £160.00
