Pros:

Gostei do pequeno Almoço e do quarto.

Cons:

Não tive acesso a piscina pois estavam em manutenção, mas os funcionários disseram que tinham parceria com outro hotel e qua do questionei as horas livres disseram logo que nao sabiam se estava disponível e que nao podiam ter acerteza que tínhamos vaga. Fiquei la a dormir e nao usufrui daquilo que queria.

Depois a televisão também deixou de funcionar a noite, só aparecia na televisão sem sinal.

Fiquei muito insatisfeita, para o preço de 1 noite deveriam ter consideração nestes 2 aspetos de insatisfação.

Pelo descrito anterior um sabor AGRIDOCE.
Pros:

De um modo geral de tudo o sossego a localização para o efeito da minha estadia estava perto de tudo o que eu queria ver e as actividades que pretendia fazer. Um bom pequeno-almoço muita variedade algumas coisas feitas no momento muito bom.
O restaurante com boas escolhas a nível de pratos e muito bem servidos. TOP.

Cons:

Uma situação estranha que embora o staff do hotel tenha tentado fazer quase tudo para solucionar o problema não deixa de ser estranhíssimo como desapareceu do quarto um cartão do hotel(aquele que nos dão com os cartões de acesso ao quarto) e um carregador de telemóvel que ninguém consegue explicar como desaparecem do quarto e ninguém mexeu ninguém viu nada!!! Estranho!!!!

Café da manhã tem muitas opções.

Cons:

Quartos cheirando mofo, ar condicionado não funcionava, precisamos trocar de quarto, não tivemos ajuda com as malas mesmo estando sozinha com 2 crianças.

Great breakfast, rooms outdated.
Pros:

Great breakfast and attentive, friendly staff.
Nice views across Porto.

Cons:

The hotel could do with updating its furnishings in the rooms and having a general freshen up.
A shower in the bath is a little outdated and water leaked onto the floor.
A shower cubicle with a rain shower head would be much more appreciated.
Took a tissue from the box on the wall and it fell off.
The windows were very dirty which spoiled the view slightly.
