I have stayed here a couple times and have enjoyed that their pool is indoors and open. I like how close it is to the mall and main roads.
Nothing that I don’t like. Just not updated but not huge to me or my family.
We loved the indoor pool, how kind the staff was. The friendliest staff so much so people were always out and actually using the general area.

Dog friendly but now they charge $25 extra for nothing. Large room. No carpeting, which we like for the sake of our dogs.
Check in was supposed to be seemless yet despite saying we had dogs online they initially wanted to put us on the 3rd floor. We booked over a month earlier. They changed it to the last room on the first floor which was not worth the price. It was noisy, near the pool and not clean. the tub needed resurfacing and the bath needed paint. The room was bear bones with what seemed like a paper coverlet. The TV was hanging down off the wall hinges. (which they fixed fairly quickly) Just because we have dogs doesn't mean put us inthe worst room. The next morning a staffer parked her car under the covered area, blocking guests from part of it despite heavy rain and being asked to move it. Honestly couldn't wait to leave. I might not have been so upset if the price hadn't been over $200. Should have been half for what you get.

Towels looked dirty and the beds smelled bad
The pool was nice.
Staff was cranky, not pleasant. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows are flat, covers were itchy, dirt build up around wall and floor edges, furniture is dated and grimy, and the food was so-so. It’s definitely a cheap place to stay.
Several good restaurants within walking distance and a 7-11 store on the same block. Good location near Quail Springs Mall.

We loved the lady who worked in the breakfast area & the front desk clerk gentleman. Staff was a great! We enjoyed the breakfast and amenities.

Room was nice!
Guest in lobby till around 11:30 being loud and drunk yelling and being obnoxious! Called front desk multiple times. Won’t be staying again. Walls are thin and huge gap between door and floor allowed in noises.
ZEE BEHIND THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING. THE OTHER MEN DID NOT KNOW HOW TO KEY THE KEY CODE RIGHT, ZEE SHOWED THEM. I WATCHED ZEE HELP THE OTHERS AT THE FRONT DESK. HE IS VERY PROFESSINAL AND OVER ALL EXCELLENT.
WHILE ZEE WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, THE OTHER TWO GENTLEMAN SEEMED LOST.
I WAS ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE ZEE HE MADE EVERYTHING EASY AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE.
Very simple to navigate and access, ample and open parking, easy to unload vehicle to room. The manager at the front desk was fantastic, he was friendly and had a lot of suggestions of different places that we could go unwind and walk in the area after we checked in. Pet friendly, $25 per night. Lots of beautiful parks and gardens in the area to walk your fur baby. The room was beautiful and super clean upon arrival.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
