Need bit better cleaning
Very modern, comfy bed. Great location.
Noisy external pipes in the room throughout the night
The staff at reception were so friendly especially Seren who checked me in. Amazing customer service, warm genuine and authentic.
room was big, clean, sleek look - quiet too
we also had loads of little treats to enjoy

the view was not great but expected in such an industrial setup
some of the appliances in the room didnt work eg: hairdryer and steamer
tv remote was hard to use
the choice of toiletries is questionable - who wants to shower with a parsley or kale flavoured product? surely i dont want to smell like a walking salad

The room was generally clean, there was just hair in the shower when I arrived. Other than that faultless.
