Very underwhelming
Pros:

Location was good, and the initial look of the hotel is very appealing.

Cons:

Upon closer inspection the rooms were dirty. Things such as toilet roll holder and shower head holders were defective. Walls were very thin, can hear every neighbour around and above you and their slightest movements. Had an issue with a noisy upstairs neighbour that was occurring from around 10pm until we were finally offered to move rooms at 12:45am. Was told all that could be done is stand outside the room above and wait to hear any noise then tell them to keep it down.

Great location but let down by room amenities
Pros:

Excellent location right in Manchester and the generous size of the rooms

Cons:

Unfortunately, my one-night stay was let down by a couple of frustrating issues. The shower was quite weak and positioned too low to be comfortable. Also, we couldn't get the room to a comfortable temperature because the air conditioning kept blowing out warm air despite being on the lowest setting. It has potential, but these basics need fixing

One night stay, double room
Pros:

The warm welcome from staff and how helpful they are with any enquiry. The chilled reception area for food and drinks, highly recommend the breakfast and book it before the next morning as it's cheaper. The rooms are quiet and spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed. If you can get on the 6th floor with the view it's worth it. The location of the hotel is great, close to Chinatown, the centre and trams to access other parts of the city.

Cons:

Would be great to have plugs in the bathroom.

Passable. Disappointing stay. Do not recommend during summer or heat wave, the building did not cope well in the heat. F

Our room was sweltering hot because it had one open-able window. There was also a fan system but on the cool setting it made the room hotter somehow. We woke up in the night and were awake for an hour or so waiting for the room to slowly cool down.
