A superb accommodation
Pros:

The location is superb. It is well situated for restaurants in a relaxed Munich suburb that is easily connected by transport to the city. The staff were all consistently fantastic, especially Tina at the front desk, who gave us a very warm welcome and exceptional hospitality throughout our three nights. The communal room is inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The room was a good size with a seating area and a comfortable bed; the bathroom was very good.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely are of Munich!
Pros:

We loved everything about this property! Our room was on the small side but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The property itself is beautiful! They had good parking and the location is terrific. Right across the street from two wonderful restaurants.

Tolle Lage, charmantes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, sehr schöner Garten mit Terrasse, freundliches Personal, S-Bahn 5 Minuten fußläufig, Isartal 15 Minuten fußläufig, sehr schöne, Lokale fußläufig (Rabenwirt, Waldwirtschaft)

Cons:

Die Dachgeschoss-Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr eng, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für einen Koffer. Großzügiger und sehr schön sind die Erdgeschoss-Zimmer, insbesondere die zur Gartenseite.

Ein Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im Seitner Hof
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super, ruhig und man war schnell mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof.
Die Ausstattung war sehr liebevoll und gemütlich
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und geschmackvoll ebenso die Kuchenauswahl am Nachmittag

Pros:

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht hier, wir wurden beim Check in abends sehr nett begrüßt und es ging alles sehr flott.
Das Zimmer war sehr gross, es gab einen riesen Schrank für längerer Aufenthalte, das Badezimmer war gross, mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Das Bett und die Kissen waren super bequem.
Das Frühstück hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte und es ging, trotz das recht viel los war, wirklich ruhig und gemütlich zu.
Zum Spa Bereich kann ich leider nicht sagen sagen, dort waren wir nicht. Aber vielleicht das nächste Mal 😉!?
Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir das nächste Mal in München sind

Lage zur Innenstadt relativ weit draußen, für Aktivitäten im Süden Münchens hervorragend.
