La disponibilità dei proprietari e del personale. Ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per visitare i colli bolognesi. Quando già avevamo fatto il check out vedendoci ritornare da Un giro in bicicletta ci hanno offerto la possibilità di fare una doccia poiché la camera ancora non era stata pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto questa cortesia. Rimarchiamo l'attenzione del personale per i clienti.
