The shuttle service is great. Even I was the only passenger, the driver was very kind and efficient. Thank you to take me to the airport and make my travel a great experience
It is not a claim but the cafeteria needs to reduce the ambient music. I normally downstairs to work in the cafeteria having coffee and relax. However the music is always to loud to work or even talk with your persons
El personal es sumamente amable y atento, el servicio gratuito de traslado del aeropuerto de CDMX al hotel es rápido y eficiente, los choferes están muy bien capacitados en atención al cliente, el hotel por el precio y la zona es adecuado para hospedarse comódamente y descansar, cuenta con restaurante y cafetería, aunque el menú y la calidad podrían mejorar. Si su interés es la pisicina es mejor preguntar antes de reservar si está disponible. Definitivamente volveré a alojarme en Riazor aeropuerto. Gracias al personal por sus atenciones y apoyo durante la estancia.
El hotel si luce un poco anticuado y algunas instalaciones requieren mantenimiento; pero la estancia en general es sumamente agradable y la limpieza es exhaustiva.

The Jacuzzi wasn’t hot. Maitnance said they fixed it but after 1hr it was still the same.
