Works well for a one night stay.
Pros:

The room was great in terms of size, the bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for our purposes.We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine which we will enjoy in due course.

Cons:

The bedside tables were ridiculously small, and the vanity was only manageable because we were only staying one night. We also found the heat pump very hard to manage.

Nice view nice and warm comfortable

Cons:

TVs need updating you can't watch netflixs or YouTube due to errors on outdated TV's i tryed hotel WiFi and hotspot still no good . Could put better shampoo and conditioner in showers 🚿 instead of small . And if u don't have a credit card they charge $200 deposit on top off what you have already paid then u have to wait for your money back . Other then couple little things great stay but can use alot of updating.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Excellent breakfast cafe on the ground floor too.
Pros:

Mohammed and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Despite booking many months prior to arrival I was given the worst of the Harbourside rooms, no cover on the balcony and smaller and with not ideal floor plan, I.e toilet right next to the bed….. unlike the room which I passed on the first morning after arriving, when I pointed this out Mohammed was very forthcoming in organising a room change however I thought you may like to know that giving an inferior room to someone who books early, makes us feel like you keep your best rooms to convince last minute punters so that you do not miss a potential booking in the future, I hope that’s this was not in fact the case but was just a random coincidence.

A fabulous property in a great location - highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was amazing, as was the view from the room. The car parking was easy and convenient too. Everything was close by - restaurants, pubs, transport, the whole foreshore.

Cons:

The bed was a bit average.

Well located hotel that was clean and comfortable with good friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly service, receptionists were attentive and friendly, room was large, clean and comfortable with good amenities. Good mini bar selection and reasonable prices.
