Nice hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious rooms (especially by Japanese standards), clean, friendly staff. This was my second time staying here and will probably return if I need a place to stay in Kyoto!

Poteva andare meglio
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato la grandezza della camera, essendo in due la camera da 4 era adeguata al fatto che avevamo le valige.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza è stata eseguita un solo giorno su 5 notti da noi effettuate, se avessimo voluto una più frequente pulizia avremmo dovuto pagare un extra.
La camera non era assolutamente insonorizzata, sentivamo le conversazioni degli altri clienti ed i rumori provenienti dalla strada.
Gli asciugqmani vengono cambiati solo se richiesto, scendendo alla reception per la loro consegna… essendo un hotel ci aspettavamo un servizio più attento.
Abbiamo scelto la stanza con futon, troviamo abbastanza incoerente che non ci sia un adeguato sistema di ricircolo dell’aria per almeno in parte mitigare il forte odore di “paglia” del pavimento.

Stanza doppia tatami
Pros:

Bella struttura in zona tranquilla ma centrale, spazio in stanza abbondante e presenza di minifrigo e bollitore, più vari accessori per il bagno. Prezzi nella media di Kyoto, forse un po' più alti per via del tatami ma può valere la pena per fare l'esperienza. Bagno piccolo standard budget

Cons:

Il check in è possibile dalle 15, la reception però apre alle 8 di mattina e non c'è possibilità di lasciare la valigia prima (arrivando alle 6 speravo di poter lasciare la valigia almeno alle 7, invece ho dovuto aspettare sino alle 8 che scendesse qualcuno.)

Good Japanese Hotel Vs value of money
Pros:

Property is so clean and the staff are really nice for the value of the money i didn’t expect more than that

Cons:

The futon are not comfortable enough other and they don’t provide luggage handling next to the hotel there is post office where you can use it to send your luggage to the next place but just be careful Sat and Sun are off

het is heel duidelijk wat je krijgt dat wordt ook waargemaakt met uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit
Pros:

locatie, makkelijk bereikbaar en centraal gelegen met veel eetgelegenheden en supermarkten
balie personeel sprak het beste Engels van ons totale verblijf in Japan

Cons:

niks, want de badkamer was klein maar stond ook als zodanig aangegeven en had alles wat je nodig hebt
