Pros:

Os funcionarios são muito respeitosos, amigáveis, colaborativos. O hotel é sensacional, tem umas vistas de filme.

Stunning, relaxing and revitalising
Pros:

This place is incredible, from the views and tranquility, to the pristine gardens and access to the lovely small beach.

Cons:

It’s not a major issue at all but the fact that there was no real indoor seating in the room, at a table, was a tiny bit unfortunate. There was only a ledge in the wall next to the small table but that was quite uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary items available.

Cons:

I did not like that the main doors to the room faved directly into the paddle court and side of the main hotel. The photos had hinted at a more private location. The views were nice but very narrow. It would have been nice if the wood fire hot tub was pre lit. I realise I could have specifically requested this, but as I specifically rent a room which had one I would have thought it would be obvious we would like to use it.

Great location and grounds in camps bay.
Pros:

Great views and beautiful grounds, walkway to the beach. Welcome drink was a great touch.

Cons:

We booked half board through Booking and there was a lot of confusion, both at check in and check out. This left us a bit embarrassed having to bring it up multiple times.

I've been to tens of hotels in my life, nothing will come close to Camps Bay Retreat.
Pros:

It felt like I was entering my own home. Foxy the hotel dog was very pleasant and we played with her the whole time. The managers especially Damien and Sibo were very welcoming. The garden tour by Brendan is a must, and we enjoyed the cheese and fruits harvested in the garden. The waterfall and seatings with swings were magnificent.

One of the best hotel experiences of our trip to South Africa. Highly recommended!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens, peaceful walking trails, and an excellent location close to the ocean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and always happy to help. Housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious food. A special thank you to Chef Slater Rasool, who prepared one of the best meals we had during our trip. The lamb shank, cauliflower soup, and risotto were all exceptional. His talent, kindness, and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

Cons:

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

le cadre ,le jardin botannique

Cons:

pas de liseuse à la tête du lit, impossibilité de faire l'obscurité dans la chambre, la nuit, pas de rideaux d'occultation mais une dizaine de persiennes qui laissent passer la lumiere exterieure en permanence sur les façades; ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de ce standing.j'ai du dormir avec un masque sur les yeux.
