The location was excellent, right in the center of Barcelona and close to many of the main tourist attractions. It was also very convenient for public transportation, with metro and bus stops nearby. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
The bed was not comfortable, so we didn't sleep well. We booked a double bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

I booked two rooms—the water pressure in the showers was terrible; it went from hot to cold in a split second and Weak current —it was impossible to take a shower.
In the dining room, they insisted on setting up a table for only four people, even though there were five of us, and asked us to either crowd together or split up into two tables.
Room was a bit tiny.
The location was great. Right in the centre with lots of shops and restaurants around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Gave us a city map, provided information about sight seeing and help us booked a taxi. We stayed at the suite on the top floor with a little balcony. The room was clean and big enough for 2 kids and 2 adults.
The shower. The water temperature keeps getting hot and cold on its own. The temperature somehow was not consistent even we have adjusted it many times. We were extremely careful when giving our little one a bath because the water temperature turn really hot suddenly.

Room was so clean and beautifully presented. Alot of modern touches. Bathroom was well stocked and so clean. Welcome cookied was a nice touch too. Staff were only too happy to help with anything we needed.
Only very small complaint was waiting on the lift as staff also used the lift. It could take a while if the cleaners used it to bring down the trolley
