Wunderschönes Hotel, die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel. Toller Service, tolles Essen und unfassbar freundliche Menschen. Gibt absolut nichts zu bekriteln. War mit meiner Mutter für 5 Tage dort und waren begeistert.

Good location to get to the medina and right on the beach. The room was very spacious and all the staff were very helpful

Had a great experience staying at the Sindbad hotel!! It was a last minute trip and was very relaxing. The staff were always extremely helpful, polite and courteous.

The schahrazed Restaurant run by head waiter Hafedh was a pleasure to visit every evening. The food selection was very tasty and there was a varied selection to satisfy everyone. The staff in the restaurant were attentive to all our needs.

The restaurant staff even decorated the table for my birthday and had a delicious chocolate cake with happy birthday ready for myself and my friend. This was a pleasant surprise.

I would 100% recommend this hotel and restaurant!

Virtually on the beach but not much in way of shopping nearby. Atmosphere very low key probably due to start of season, hotel & staff are fantastic especially Mohammed in restaurant used for half board residents. Rooms spacious & well maintained by cleaners. Very quiet no noise level at night. Mainly French, German& Italian. Sadly will not be returning to Tunisia but recommend this hotel based on the staff.

Fantastic location right on the beach, but out the front is very busy traffic.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Rooms are kept spotlessly clean, our maid, Jalila was brilliant and so friendly too, she did a great job. Only issue was we couldn't really see the sea after booking a sea view. We also had two infestations of flying ants but the hotel got rid of them immediately.
Good value, the food was very good. What made the holiday was the way we were treated by the restaurant staff. Friendly, professional, funny and extremely good at their jobs. Most of them, Wael, and others were wonderful, but a special shout out to Walid and Mohamed who were just a credit to the hotel, so attentive and so very good at their jobs, I would return just to see them.
Hotel very clean, the infinity pool bar staff Hani, Kais and the other lovely man in the dark suit were friendly.
Khalil who ran the indoor pool and the terrace was amazing as well.
The only two things that put me off is that although it's a relaxing hotel, the are three bars, surely one could have entertainment and shows. Also, they could heat at least one of the outdoor pools.

Peaceful hotel with very good service. Always helpfull Hafeld at the restaurang made our everings perfect and our cleaning lady Jalila supriced us every day with different composrment of roses. I just love it.

We arrived at the hotel full of excitement, but unfortunately our initial room didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the reception team handled the situation wonderfully and quickly upgraded us to a beautiful sea view room, which completely transformed our stay.

From that point on, everything exceeded expectations. The restaurant staff, especially Walid and Wael, truly went above and beyond. They made a genuine effort to ensure our son always had food he enjoyed, and their attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed. The service throughout was impeccable.

The beach was another highlight — very clean, well maintained, and offering stunning views that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We also really appreciated being allowed to keep our room until the end of our stay due to our late flight. Traveling with a young child can be challenging, and this small gesture made a huge difference in making our departure day smooth and stress-free.

Overall, the staff at this hotel clearly do their best to make every guest’s stay enjoyable and easy. Combined with the good food in the restaurant and the beautiful surroundings, it made for a memorable experience.

Lovely hotel nice and clean we stayed in a lovely big room looking out to the sea the cleaner Jalila was exceptional and kept our room spotless with lovely fresh flowers and decorated the bed with petals for that extra touch.food was nice a lot of choice and all staff friendly and polite Hassen around the pool was excellent very happy and friendly, however all staff were. Only thing I missed was kettle in the room for early morning cuppa but overall excellent. There’s a hair dryer but no iron to press your clothes however they do offer a laundry service.
