A stay to remember (and to Renew)
Pros:

The hotel is among rare facilities in Tunisia respecting and presenting the typical Tunisian architecture. You will feel yourself in a medina with a variety of trees and plants.

Rooms ( size, quality of bed, shower dimensions, lighting, AC, bath).
Staff Very friendly and trying to doing their best to make your stay comfortable.

L’accueil , la réception et le services des chambres au top vraiment et l’architecture et l’emplacement de l’hôtel et la plage superbe

Cons:

Les plagistes ont mal à vous placer dans l’endroit sur la plage et ne ramène pas de serviettes de plages,j’ai l’impression qui veulent à obliger les clients à payer ou pourboire forcer
Le restaurant les voiliers de la plage m’a servi une assiette soit disant de fruits de mer et poissons. a 90 dinars mais au final elle était vide cette assiette deux petits poissons rouges et quelques fruits de mer .2 crevettes c’est très chers pour un pays où côté des cotes méditerranéenne , le kilos de poisson coûte 27 dinars au marché et supermarché

Un excellent séjour dans cet hotel le cadre est agréable et le personnel est aux petits soins je tiens à exprimer une gratitude toute particulière a M Ramzi qui a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme d’une réactivité et d’un sens de l’hospitalité exceptionnel suite a une petite souci durant notre séjour il a pris las choses en main de manière extrêmement rapide efficace et élégante pour nous offrir une compensation parfaite c’est très rare de voir un responsable aussi dévoue au bien-être des clients grâce a lui et a son équipe
Notre expérience s’est terminée sur une excellente note et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés

Clean but its disappointing
Pros:

The beach and the pool and the room was very clean You could tell they had updated the room recently

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing
The staff of the beach and the wait staff were not always accommodating
We asked multiple times for the soap dispenser to be refilled and never had soap.

Bello, ma caro e non sempre ospitale
Pros:

Il resort sorge direttamente sul mare e offre al suo interno diversi punti di ristoro, tra bar e ristoranti. Una nota di particolare merito va al personale del ristorante del Sinbad: davvero eccezionale per gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione agli ospiti.

Abbiamo molto gradito l'accoglienza con frutta e dolci, e, anche le lettere personalizzate che ci hanno fatto sentire molto collocate.

Abbiamo scelto la formula di mezza pensione, con colazione e cena incluse. La proposta gastronomica è prevalentemente internazionale, ma non mancano prodotti e sapori locali. A colazione, in particolare, ottime le crêpes e le omelette preparate al momento, rese ancora più piacevoli dalla cortesia e dalla professionalità dei camerieri.

Buona anche la pulizia delle camere, e la gentilezza del personale.

Il mare è semplicemente eccezionale, con acqua splendida. La spiaggia è un po’ stretta, ma ben organizzata e i bagnini sono sempre presenti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.

Cons:

Il soggiorno ha presentato alcuni aspetti positivi, ma purtroppo anche diverse criticità che ritengo importante segnalare, soprattutto perché si tratta di una struttura di questo livello.

Per prima cosa, i letti non sono alla francese, come indicato su Booking. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà composto da due lettini singoli molto grandi uniti tra loro, risultando particolarmente ampio e comodo. Se questa informazione fosse stata riportata correttamente, non avrei prenotato una camera tripla, scelta esclusivamente per garantire maggiore comodità a me e a mia figlia, sostenendo quindi un costo maggiore che si è rivelato del tutto non necessario.

Anche le condizioni della mezza pensione meriterebbero maggiore chiarezza: non è adeguatamente segnalato che prevede esclusivamente la cena e che le bevande sono escluse e devono essere pagate a parte, con prezzi peraltro tutt’altro che economici. Più in generale, tutti i bar e i ristoranti della struttura, dalla piscina alla spiaggia, praticano prezzi decisamente elevati e, per la mia esperienza, poco in linea con i costi medi della zona. Tutto questo incide sensibilmente sul costo effettivo del soggiorno e dovrebbe essere comunicato con maggiore trasparenza prima della prenotazione.

L’episodio che, però, mi ha maggiormente amareggiata e mortificata riguarda il trattamento riservato ad alcune mie amiche tunisine, che avevo invitato a trascorrere con noi qualche ora in spiaggia, che peraltro è aperta al pubblico. Il personale della sicurezza all’ingresso non ha consentito loro di entrare, pretendendo il pagamento di 100 dinari in contanti. Quando le ho raggiunte e ho spiegato personalmente che erano mie ospiti, non hanno voluto sentire ragioni e non mi è stata data neppure la possibilità di addebitare l’importo sul conto della mia camera.

The room: The smell was horrible and strongly smelled like sewage. After taking a shower, the water would flow outside of the shower area and into the bathroom, leaving us with what felt like a small lake on the floor.
