A great place to stay
Pros:

Everything!
Good sized gym, sauna, etc
Next to the train station
Half board kept the trip affordable (food acceptable, rather than amazing!)
Staff warm and friendly.

Cons:

They switched the lights off in the shower area without warning.

Pros:

The breakfast and evening buffets were excellent with a reasonable selection of vegetarian options. Staff very friendly and our room very spacious.

Cons:

The cakes at Fika were not so interesting. But it was great to have free tea and coffee throughout the day

great affordable hotel for families with kids to feed, maybe not a great solo travel destination.
Pros:

there was one service person the entire time I was there - madelyn - cheerful and efficient. There was a kitchenette which made things easy, and the room was large.

Cons:

the place was geared toward parents with kids. the kids tromped up and down the halls, but not at night, so that's fine. the food, dinner especially - was also geared towards kids, so not my choice.

It was very nice hotel with really nice breakfast. It gets there very busy when the food is served.
Pros:

very nice staff members, friendly, fast and efficient. Breakfast had a lot different choices.

Cons:

i believe we got one of the worst located room even tough I made the reservation very early on and was hoping for a nice view. Our room was right next to the eating/resting area, could not open the curtains, people were walking past the window nonstop.

God frukost med stort utbud. Trevlig personal. Välstädat. Nära stationen.

Cons:

Jag blev väckt av att receptionisten bankade på dörren mitt i natten. Deras datasystem låg nere och de trodde därför inte att jag hade checkat in. Men det hade jag. De kompenserade besväret med en gratis frukostbuffé vid ett annat tillfälle.

Værelset var stort

Cons:

Aftensmaden var ikke indbydende og synes der manglede flere muligheder for hovedretten.
Røræggen til morgenmaden smagte dårligt, pulveragtig.
Køkkenet på familieværelset var tømt for inventar, hvilket er misvisende på fotos når man ser det på booking.com
Der var ikke lagt sengelinned+håndklæder til vores 2 børn.

Här bor jag varje gång i Göteborg

Frukosten och middagen är alltid lika bra med allt som du kan behöva plus lite till på frukost. Personalen är trevliga och proportionella och service inriktade. Jag bor här nästan varje gång när jag är i Göteborg mestadels pga. närhet, trevlig personal, rent, och slipper tänka på vad man skall äta till middag.

Great location and value for money.

Close to the central station. Dinner and breakfast included which was perfect for me who was there for a short business trip. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

It was too warm in the room and my room was located towards the atrium, hence opening a window did not help.
